The Young Avengers has a strict coda of boyfriends/girlfriends not sharing rooms together, so instead of rooming with Teddy, somehow Billy gets stuck with the one man who scares the absolute shit out of him.
Billy stands by the electrical outlet, his phone needing to be charged. He texts Teddy good night, and ignores the plain response. Wolverine startles him by speaking up. He just got out of the shower, and is wearing only a towel around his waist. Billy hadn't heard him come in.
"What's with the face?" Wolverine asks.
"Um," Billy stammers. "Just... boy trouble."
Despite the height he has on Wolverine--the other man's head standing nearly at level with Billy's chin--there's something dwarfingly intimidating about him. Wolverine's 5'3" statue probably only added to that intimidation.
