There's No Need

Before either of you can decide you see light and hear footsteps. Before long Celeste is walking up the stairs, carrying something wrapped in a cloth. Guilt shows on her face as she sees the two of you.

"Don't run off on us like that ever again!" Allegra's tone is equal parts anger and relief.

"I'm sorry but..." Celeste holds the cloth up with a strained smile. "I found it."

"We should get back, we're probably going to have to move soon."

The drive back to the farmhouse is even more tense, you half expect to be ambushed every time you turn a corner. But somehow you make it all the way back, Celeste clutching whatever she found the whole way. When you do arrive back at the house the you're incredibly nervous, expecting someone to angrily chastise the three of you. But nobody appears and you simply enter the house and collapse in seats around a table, exhausted from the day's events.

"So, are you gonna show us what you found?" Celeste fidgets nervously at the question but lays out the cloth and begins to unwrap it...
