Get some mind bending explanations out of the way first

You grinned at the hot woman and sighed, amazed that you managed to save and kiss your first Doctor Who crush. But, understandably, a confused expression returned to her face after her contentment high.

"Wait, how did you...?" Rose paused, looking back at the now normal wall.

"Held you in place without touching you?" You asked.

She nodded.

"Well, the short version is that, as you know, Time Lords have a certain amount of psychic powers and, while rarely used, we can also perform acts of telekinesis in times of need," You said, giving her your rehearsed response.

She frowned at that. "That sounds very convenient. How come you hadn't used it in any of the other dangerous situations we have been in?"

You swallowed your nervousness part act, part real as you started to explain, hoping you wouldn't have to mess too much with her mind.

"You see, that leads me to the long version of the answer. Believe it or not, in order to activate that layer of psychic abilities from deep inside my mind, I need three requirements that don't come easily to me," You explained, starting to make this up. "The first thing is to sacrifice one future regeneration from my cycle. The next is to activate those abilities by specifically saving someone I love," You explained, locking your gaze with hers.

Rose inhaled sharply at your declarations. "And the last one?" She asked in a small voice.

You gave her a knowing but heated look. "The last one is that now I am going to need to expend my sacrificed regeneration energy through a lot of fucking and cumming for the next twelve months," You added. "So...Rose Tyler, if you don't mind, would you plea..."

"Oh, shut up!" She shouted, giving you a passionate french kiss right then and there.

You placed your arms around her as your kiss deepen, and you could feel her delight all the way.

When she stopped for breath, her eyes were smoldering with lust. "TARDIS. Now!"
