New Possibilities

A little earlier, when Gavin got back into his room, he saw Chloe lying on one of the beds with a pissed off look on her face.

"Hey, are you okay?" he asked.

The redhead huffed. "Not really."

He walked over and sat next to her. "Did the others give you a hard time?"

She trained her blue eyes on his hazel ones as she moved to a sitting position beside him. "Yeah, but that's not the real reason I'm angry. It's just that I hate that I wanna go and can't bring myself to do it."

Of course, he knew about his old friend's image issues, something very similar to the way he usually made a fool of himself in front of beautiful girls who weren't close friends. He could understand her better than anyone in the house and it pissed him when the others weren't so sympathetic to her troubles. "You know," he wrapped an arm around her shoulders. "We shouldn't let people push us to do stuff we don't want to."

"Huh?" Chloe turned to him with a smile.

"Go to the lake only when or if you want to, it's not their business how we want to enjoy our trip," Gavin added, surprising himself with the way he was speaking.

That seemed to catch Chloe by surprise as well. "Yeah, you're right, you know? Yeah," she grinned at her friend. "No one's gonna push us!"

"To the resistance!" Gavin raised his fist in a defiant act that caused Chloe to immediately break into a laugh that eventually caught up to him, and soon, the two old friends were laughing together on that bed.

"Thanks, Gav, I needed that," the redhead said between her laughs.

The light brown-haired boy grinned in response. "Anytime, Chlo. Zack, you and I have to stick together, always, otherwise, who's gonna do it?"

"Yeah," Chloe trailed before turning to him and resting her chin on his shoulder. "Hey, just because I wanna stay here today, it doesn't mean you should pass on going if you want to."

Gavin raised an eyebrow. "Didn't we just talk about doing what we want?"

She smiled at him. "Gav, I'm feeling sleepy, which means I won't be able to make you company for much longer," she yawned at that as if to emphasize her point. "Just go and see how's it like. On the risk of sounding like Meagan, don't you wanna go check out those girls in their bikinis?"

The light brown-haired boy chuckled. "When you put it that way," he trailed before letting out a sigh, he did want to see the other girls, but he didn't want to leave his dear friend alone. "You sure you'll be okay?"

Chloe yawned again. "I'll probably be sleeping before you finish changing in the bathroom."

"Alright, then, I'll go," he told her. "I'll tell you about it later."

The redhead nodded as she watched her friend go rummage in his bag, her eyelids feeling heavier and heavier until she just surrendered herself to sleep.

"God, I had forgotten how awesome this place is," Ashley gushed as she and Brandon swam nearby their playing friends. The last time she had been at Ravers Cabin with Heather was almost a year ago. "There are tons of spots we can go check out!"

Brandon nibbled on her neck from behind. "Mmm, right now there's only one spot I wanna visit," the quarterback mumbled as he let his hand brush against her bikini covered crotch under the water, causing his girlfriend to lightly gasp.

"Be patient," she told him with an amused grin, barely believing he was fondling her almost in plain view of their friends. It was making her horny, but the blonde cheerleader knew it was better to wait. "Later."

Brandon groaned. "I don't know if I can wait that long, baby," he said, lightly rocking his erection against her ass, making her hum in satisfaction and lean back to let him kiss her.

Nearby, Meagan was floating by herself, her athletic body on display. She wasn't as close to these people as she was to Chloe and her other friends, so she figured it was better to just observe for now. Trent joined the splashing but that was all he did; the athlete wanted to have some fun with one of the girls during the trip, but he figured there was no rush, he could just be carefree for now. He had hooked up with Sharon a couple of times in the past, and as much as a nice fuck the vice-captain was, he kind of wanted someone different this time around, someone with the potential to become a girlfriend.

Victoria splashed some water at Heather and turned around only to find herself facing Kurt, who grinned at the blonde before diving for her. She squealed as he wrapped his arms around her and tried to dunk her with success. Having had passed on the older girls, his cousin, and the white-haired girl who he suspected to be a lesbian, the 19-year-old guy had identified Victoria, Sharon, and Chloe as the best targets for a potential romp during the trip.

No time like the present to work on this one as well, he thought, letting his hands get quite bold with the gorgeous blonde as he held her waist and occasionally made his hand brush against her fabulous ass for a second. Hannah fought against the combined effort of Heather and Sharon to dunk her, but the younger girls were simply more agile than her. "Yeah, you're old news, Hannah," Heather teased playfully. "Let the new generation shine!"

Taylor laughed at the three of them as she made her way out of the water and dried herself on the pier. Spotting a tree with a nice shade, the tall brunette walked over there to lie down and rest for a while. On her way, a curious sight caught her attention, her younger brother chatting animatedly with Brandon Cole's twin sister. Hmm, I didn't know they were close.

Madison waved at Trent as he went to to the lake and then turned to Zack with a grin. "So, Zack, what are your plans for this trip?"

It took the icy-blue-eyed boy a couple of seconds to answer. Since he had gotten to see the brunette's ass, it was only natural that he tried to ogle her front as well; she had medium-sized tits, not too big and not too small either, her pair was currently squeezed into a tight red bikini top and were rather nice to look at. "Oh, I don't really know, gotta ask the others first," he finally said, letting out a nervous chuckle. "I've thought about trying to find a couple of nice hiking trails, maybe caves, though. Exploring, I guess."

"That sounds fun, I've thought about it as well," Madison replied truthfully, she had indeed researched a little bit about Silver Lake Park before coming. Even if she had been at cabins before, she had never ventured into the park itself except for a time she attended the old summer camp. "I've asked Heather about it and she told me a bit about the small islands on the lake, she said they're beautiful."

Zack nodded with a smile. "Oh, gotta check those out too," he said before craning his neck back toward Ravers Cabin. "I just wish I could bring Gavin and Chloe with me, they need to get out more. I mean, not just with me and Meagan, but..., I don't know, simply let go every once in a while."

Madison smiled as well. "Well, I can't promise anything about Gavin, but I can try to include Chloe if the girls and I do something," she told the boy who was her crush. "She and Meagan are always welcome if they want."

"Thanks, Madison, I'd appreciate it," Zachary grinned. Her smile was beautiful, almost as much as Victoria's, he thought; Zack never was the kind of guy who lost his shit at the sight of a bikini-clad girl, but Madison's body was amazing. Slender, toned and curved on all the right places. He had to quickly find another topic for them to talk. "So, you're a fan, then?"

"What?!" the hazel-eyed girl turned to him with surprise written all over features.

"Of exploring? Hiking?" he added. "We can ask around and see if the others are interested. I think it'd be really fun to do it over the week."

Madison nervously chuckled. "Oh, yeah, totally! Yeah, I like it." For a second, she thought he had meant something else. "What about you? Have you done much nature exploring before?"

"Yeah," Zack nodded. "My family recently got a cabin at Cedar Springs. You know, the new lots near Cobalt Lake?" he asked and she nodded affirmatively. "I've explored a bit of the surroundings there, it's very nice. Although, I've attended the old summer camp that used to be here on Silver Lake Park a few years ago too."

"No way, Brandon and I went there too!" Madison told him, eyes widening at the revelation. "How come we didn't meet back then?"

Zack smiled at the little fact. "Well, we weren't friends back then. I didn't have many friends at that time, it was mainly just Chloe, Gavin and I."

"I can't believe it," Madison shook her head and began laughing as Zack joined her a few seconds later. They were almost breathless by the time the laugh subsided, which made Zachary think that having the hazel-eyed brunette as a roommate wouldn't be so bad.
