She gets put to work

Piahla stood back to take in Hilda's new look, and smiled.

"There you are... finished," the elf said, as she turned Hilda around to face the mirror, resting her head on the taller woman's shoulder.

Hilda gasped at her reflection and nearly broke down in tears right on the spot. The rich, haughty noble, one of the fiercest knights in the land, looked like a penniless, trashy street urchin.

Her once-beautiful shoulder-length locks were gone, bringing unwanted attention to her ears, which she thought stuck out too much.

Her breasts, once supported by only the finest brassieres, now had a noticeable sagg to them and shook with each breath Hilda took. Even worse, her obviously hard nipples could clearly be spotted through her paper-thin 'dress' (I'm not like that! It's just too cold in here!).

The ill-fit of her makeshift outfit also drew attention to Hilda's soft, cute, squishy little tummy (which Piahla was now rubbing and squeezing with her small elf hand, lost in the way the human's belly-fat bulged out from between her fingers) Hilda blushed in despair at the spectacle, as it further reinforced her (mistaken) notion that she was hideously fat there.

The flour-sack-turned dress was also too narrow for Hilda's hips, causing them to ride up and expose her makeshift diaper (IT'S NOT A DIAPER! I'M A WOMAN NOT SOME WEAK LITTLE GIRL!). If she didn't pull it back down every few steps, everyone would see her embarrassing secret.

It also left Hilda's legs bare, which she worried looked too muscular and thick, and not lady-like at all. They were also a bit paler than the rest of her body, since they were almost always covered under several layers of armor.

The lack of real shoes also made her worry her feet were too big, further highlighting (in Hilda's mind) her lack of femininity.

"I look awful!" Hilda blurts out.

"Well I think you look quite fetching... given your circumstances," Piahla says as she tussles Hilda's hair and gives her back a motherly rub and pat. "Now then, it's time you got to work."

"Work!? B-but that stuff's for peasants! I'm a noble!" Hilda spits back as she pulls free of the elf, unintentionally loosening some of the stitching keeping her dress together.

"You either work or we tell everyone who you really are. And given your current circumstances, do you really want that, Lady Hilda?" Piahla says as she pokes her former ward.

Hilda blushes and stutters, not sure how to respond.

"When word gets out about your little misadventure, you'll become the laughing stock of the kingdom. And then you can kiss everything goodbye!" The elf is laying it on thick, and having worked for Hilda's family for so many years, she knew exactly how to get under Hilda's skin. "Is that what you want? To dishonor your poor, deceased parents?"

"No..." Hilda says meekly, squirming like she had done so many times as a child, pretty much whenever Piahla would threaten to punish her for doing something naughty.

"Good," Piahla says, inwardly smiling as she realizes she can still guilt trip with the best of them. "Now then, let's find something for you to do..." The elf says as she leads Hilda outside, and into further embarrassment.
