Help him move out

You'll have enough time to get intimate with Sarah after she is your roommate, so helping Stinky move out is probably the best idea. You can't imagine a girl wanting to live in a room that smells so badly.

Quickly reaching the room, you knock and he lets you in. He seems to be packing, but the effort seems to be tiring him.

"Hey, man, I heard you were moving out. What any help?", you ask him, and he nods while he moves boxes around.

"Yes, please. I never realized how much stuff I had here", he huffs as you help him move boxes out of the room. You feel kind of bad for making him do this, but it was this or going mad. The least you can do is help him.

After 20 minutes you finally drag the last box out. By this point staff is already helping move the boxes to his new room, and he went to check it out after thanking you, so you can get to work on making the place smell better.

You bring out some spray deodorant and get to work. The guy really left his smell in the room. It took nearly the entire can to clear it out, and you still have to deal with the bathroom. You do succeed in getting some air freshener after showing the cleaning guy just how bad the bathroom smell, and also apply a bit on the room. The entire process takes a good while, and after you are done you decide to rest for a bit.

Some while later you hear someone move into the area between the rooms, and a knock on your door. You also hear what seems like someone dropping boxes. Sarah must be here. You quickly check your breath and hair before opening the door to reveal your new nymphomaniac roommate.
