Light the Lantern

I did as the voice asked. I partially closed the door and lit the lantern.

The sight that showed shocked me. 5 men were in the bunkhouse laying in beds. Heavy chains binding them to their beds. All the men were well muscled and heavily tanned.

Now with the light I could see Kyle. He was like the others, but had piercing green eyes.

Kyle looked at me when his eyes adjusted. "Oh please help us. None of us want to be here. The master kidanpped us and has made us work on the ranch. Same with the animals in the barn. Please! We just want this to stop."

Kyle continued, "He always drinks heavily when he fucks his gimp tonight. If you sneak in through the window you can knock him out and tie him up, and then set us free. Please help us.
