Yes, victory belonged to the people of Port Williams!

As the Williams family, Princess Sapphire and a remnant of her guards, and the other civilians such as Richard Marley's daughter-in-law and grandson and Miyuki Vargas and her mother included, are getting onboard the ships along with the injured officers of the Security Corps and the traitors turned prisoners, the giant snapping turtle is rampaging across the town due to being attacked from multiple directions by the anarchistic marauders!

On the tops of many wooden buildings, you, Elijah and many other men armed with weapons begin to open fire on the enemies down below! Preoccupied with the giant predatory turtle, many of the nomadic raiders ended up being killed by gunshots from you and the armed men from the tops of the wooden buildings in the process!

Down below, the giant snapping turtle got its jaws on one of the legs of the Hellhounds' leader's younger brother and rip his leg apart as he was attempting to run away after seeing that shooting at it did nothing make it angrier!

"AAAAAAHHHHH! HHHHAAAAAAA!" The younger brother of Mr. Armstrong cried loudly as his right leg is bleeding a lot like a fountain. But soon, his cry ended when the giant turtle crushed him with his jaws and tore him apart to eat him!

"ROBERT! NOOOOOO!" Gregor Armstrong yelled after witnessing his younger brother gets eaten by the giant snapping turtle! Enraged, he aimed his makeshift rifle at the left eye of the giant snapping turtle!

"BANG!"

However, the giant turtle is still alive and is still devouring the dead body of the Robert Armstrong. Instead, it was Gregor Amstrong, the leader of the Hellhounds himself, who got killed by being shot in the back of the head! And the one who killed him is none other but Giselle Wang, the busty Chinese American young woman who given the leader of the Hellhounds about the message sent by his gang's spy in Port Williams.

As the giant turtle is eating, she looked at the trail of bloodied and/or sliced corpses left behind in its rampage and many of them are her friends within the gang. She does not blamed the giant snapping turtle, however. No, she blamed her leader for it! Many of her friends died as a result of this attempt to make Port Williams pay for disobeying his command! In fact, this would not even happened had he not using the troops provided by Port Williams to assist them in one of their wars against one of their rivals as cannon fodders!

So she rationalized that the deaths of her friends are not because of her given him the note! Not because of the hungry giant snapping turtle! Not because of the people of Port Williams fighting back! No! It was because he treated outsiders as expendables! Something that clearly resonated with why he suddenly decided to call for the summit to meet with the leaders of the gangs nearby out of nowhere in the first place despite the tendency to avoid working with them because of the disputes such as the spoils of wars that often rose after the joint ventures ended! He most likely just wanted to use them as cannon fodders and to weaken them in order to strengthen his own gang!

"I'm sorry, guys..." Giselle muttered as she's allowing tears to stream down her eyes. Then, she picked up the speaking trumpet from the back of the dead body of her former leader run away from his corpse to somewhere else.

One the top of one of the buildings, you opened fire another shot, killing another one of the male anarchists instantly with a shot in the head! Coincidentally, the guy you just shot happened to be one of Brittany's rapists! Near you, Chief Vargas and Mr. Williams are also firing down below and kill a few more of them. Elijah, who is on the opposite wooden building, then fired another shot at one of them down below, killing that male raider who also happened to be the last one of Brittany's rapists instantly.

Suddenly, a horn is blown at the gate of Port Williams! Everyone but the giant turtle, who is still preoccupied with eating meats from the dead bodies at the moment, turned their eyes to its source and found that Giselle is the one blowing it.

"People of Port Williams! You have proven yourselves! We admitted defeat! Gregor Armstrong and his brother, Robert, are now dead along with most of the leaders of this alliance! So on behalf of what left of the Allies, I would like to negotiate for the conditions of surrender!" Giselle said loudly by using the speaking trumpet.

Upon hearing that, Mr. Williams decided to get up and signal you and Chief Vargas to come with him to look at what this young Chinese American woman has to say about the conditions of surrendering what left of the Allies to the authority of Port Williams.

Soon, you and Mr. Williams made it to her along with Chief Vargas after easily walking passed the giant snapping turtle since it is preoccupied with eating corpses at the moment.

"You may know me already but my name is Edward Williams the Third, grandson of Edward Williams the First, the founder of Port Williams. So please come with me so that we can discuss our terms. Also, we needed you to convince those river pirates to lift the blockade." Edward said as he's leading you, Chief Vargas and Giselle to the port so that she can relayed the order to lift the blockade, once again easily walking passed the giant snapping turtle because it still eating.

As they are about to reach the port, Brittany's pet comes out from hiding inside of the inn near the port and go right for the giant snapping turtle that is devouring not just human corpses but also giant crustaceans that are being sold in the marketplace. As soon as it reached it, it stole one of the lobster-like triop from the giant turtle's mouth and run away. Enraged, it chased the giant chameleon-like anole again!

Meanwhile, Giselle used the speaking trumpet to communicate with the Captain of the pirates' fleet, the one known as Noseless Pete, to tell him that they are defeated and ask him to lift the blockade once she reached the port. If not, Mr Williams' flotilla will opened fire on him and his fleet. However, Noseless Pete seemed to have no interests in surrendering. Instead, he told his fleet to ready the guns so that they can looted Port Williams and enslave its inhabitants with impunity once they sunk the flotilla.

But before they get to even fire the first shots, Brittany's pet jumped into the river and swim toward the river pirates' fleet. The giant snapping turtle soon arrived and jump inside, ignoring all humans before it's eyes, most likely clearly being angry that its food got stolen. The crocodile-sized chameleon-like anole then begin to crawl up on the ship but soon jump away once its pursuer is approaching with high speed under the water. As a result, the giant turtle crashed into one of the pirate vessels and causing the ship to splash down into the water!

Brittany's pet tried to climb onboard one of the pirates' wooden vessels again. But just like the previous time, it jumped away as soon as the giant turtle charged at it, ramming it to crash into other two ships and sink with the crews are being **** to abandon their vessels.

With the pirates' fleet distracted, Port Williams' flotilla immediately opened fire on the remaining pirate vessels, killing many of them onboard! The Gatling guns also caused significant damages to them and even causing another ship to sink after receiving enough holes on the hull.

Having no other choice, Noseless Pete agreed to lift the blockade and retreat away from Port Williams with what left of his fleet. And by the time that happened, the Sun begins to rise and a day has arrived.

Port Williams had done it! They survived the combination of three powerful nomadic gangs and a pirates' fleet on their own!

And of course, Brittany's pet returned not long after once the giant snapping turtle spotted another prey that is a group of giant male pythons are swimming southward in search for a female to mate.
