Brittany's pet miraculously reappeared in time with help to turn the tide of the battle!

Not long after the leader of the Hellhounds gang made a threat to Port Williams has been reported to the Williams family's manor, Brittany's pet begins to sense that this place may no longer be safe. However, it does not wanted to abandon the easy lifestyle of being fed by humans within this settlement. So it decided to do something about it.

It crawled out of the manor and walk into the town in order to get to the port. Once there, it jumped into the river and swim passing the vessels to get to the open river. There, it swim passed the entirety of the pirates' fleet since most of them shown no interests in them and thought it was nothing but just another wild animal passing by.

It kept swimming and swimming and swimming until the Sun begins to set. That was when it decided to come ashore on the riverbank on its left side. And just as it is looking for, the very same giant snapping turtle that it saw days ago is sleeping on the riverbank with the remains of another one of its meal that are the shells of some giant crustacean-like triop nearby.

The turtle clearly swam up here to find to more foods to eat and that made the job of the giant chameleon-like anole easier when it then decided to do something incredibly risky, very dangerous and maybe an outright brainless move. It approached the giant meat-eating turtle and wake it up by slapping its tail into the face of the turtle a few times and ran back to the river as fast as possible!

Such actions woke it up and it definitely became enraged as a result of such actions! And then, the giant snapping turtle begin to chase after its next prey that is Brittany's pet into the river! And so begin the deadly game of predator chasing its prey!

Throughout the whole night, the giant chameleon-like anole tirelessly swimming back to the port by following the scents of the humans in the port while also constantly checking behind its back to make sure that the giant snapping turtle is still following it back to Port Williams from the significantly safe distance.

And eventually, it arrived back just in time! Port Williams is on fire with most of its inhabitants is scattered throughout the settlement and being **** to engage the enemies in urban warfare. And since it is dark at the moment and the turtle is swimming underwater, the river pirates failed to see it easily bypassing them and so does the flotilla defending Port Williams and the steamboat armed with the Gatling guns from the Axeman City.

Now, the allied bands of three anarchistic marauders are coming toward the port where the inhabitants of Port Williams are making their final stand. And just as the first shots are about to be open fired, Brittany's pet jumped out of the water and on to land, catching the attentions of everyone who is standing behind the trench before running into the inn's door for safety reasons.

Their confusions are short-lived when the giant snapping turtle emerged out from the water and crawl onto the port in search of its prey! Upon seeing this, Chief Vargas and Mr. Williams tell everyone to make beelines, which they immediately complied and let the giant snapping turtle sees the approaching enemies that are the Hellhounds and their allies with hope that it will chased them!

And by miracle, it did see them as foods and decide to go after them! And obviously, the responds from the anarchists are mixed. Some fled the scene immediately upon seeing the giant snapping turtle is charging toward them at such an incredible speed for a giant turtle while others stood their grounds and fight back! However, all of the bullets the fired at the giant meat-eating turtle is proven to be barely effective. In fact, it made the giant predatory turtle even angrier!

As soon as it collided with the first line of the firing anarchists, the line is immediately broken and a few of them even got bitten by the giant carnivorous turtle! But as it is about to eat one of the anarchists it just killed, more shots are fired at it by the scattering anarchists, making it angrier even more!

Behind the trench, Port Williams' inhabitants are witnessing the tide being turned in their favor thanks to this giant turtle brought by the giant chameleon-like anole owned by Brittany and they know they needed to capitalize on this now and fast while you are still processing what you just seen!

"If God is real, then He clearly is on our side at this moment. And He clearly worked in a mysterious way in order to perform a miracle!" - You think as you should registered the actions of Brittany's pet as the divine intervention to save Port Williams or not. But then, Chief Vargas snapped you out of your thought by telling him what many others around you are most likely thinking as well.

"Listen up, everyone! Anyone who can still fight must take up the long-ranged weapons and get on topsides! We will take those raiders out while they are distracted by that giant turtle!" Chief Vargas said as he turned to look at everyone.

"The rest of you go on those ships! So if anything bad happened, your only hope is to try your luck with those pirates!" Edward said as he's taking one of the rifles for himself.

Then, he and all able-bodied men, you included, left to fight by going inside the wooden buildings to get on tops of them and fire upon the scattering anarchists down below. But before you leave, Brittany runs up toward you and kiss you on the lips!

"What the heck was that for?!" - You think to yourself as you still do not get how can she even fall in love with you just because you saved her because it sounded like something coming out of the fairytales and to you, that makes no sense!

"Just in case you did not make it back..." Brittany said as she's placing her hands on her tummy while also blushing very hard, believing or even knowing that the child you made with her is in there. And since it reached this point, she no longer cared that she just exposed that in front of her own family!

After that, you leave with Mr. Williams, Chief Vargas and his officers, at least half of Princess Sapphire's guards and the volunteered civilians to drive the allied bands of anarchistic marauders out of Port Williams once and for all!
