"Hello, Dr. Hakami."

"Ah, Miss...Ann, right?" Dr. Hakami looked at his sheet. "Have a seat."

Ann took a seat. Hakami had seen her in a few fashion magazines and she looked just as stunning in person.

"So, I hear you were one of the targets of Mr. Kamoshida?" Hakami asked.

"Yeah," Ann said. "Sorry. I don't exactly feel comfortable talking too much about it."

Hakami smiled gently. "It's okay. You're in a safe place, Ann. Just talk when you're ready. I do have some questions for you, though."

"Sure," said Ann.

"Okay," Hakami said. "Question one: what is your general opinion on hypnosis, and question two: have you ever been hypnotized before."

Ann considered the question a bit before answering.
