A sex alternate was an idea that had made her and Xander the talk of the school. A lot of guys were in favor of it. It had also brought Harmony into the Scooby Gang, as Xander hadn't wanted to exclude someone he was having sex with from he and his friends biggest secret.
Harmony had been actually been smart enough to realize getting in good with a superhero was a smart thing to do and was trying to make nice with Buffy and the others. They were weirded out(and unknown to Cordelia the addition of Harmony to their group along with Faith had left the more repressed than they wanted to be Buffy and Willow having to think about sex a lot more)
Unfortunately, a little Harmony went a long way. Harmony had pointed out the Willow had a lot of potential looks wise and suggested a boob job in her near future to make her a total hottie. Willow had covered her chest, blushed, gotten angry, but not once suggested she was happy with her chest size. Harmony had also mentioned Buffy's weight loss since sophomore year, wondering if it was intentional or hard to get enough to eat as a Slayer.
Cordelia decided to do something to ease things up between Harmony and the other women, by at least shutting Harm's mouth regarding sensitive things.
"I wish Buffy and Willow both had the bodies they would be perfectly happy with." Perfect, it would adjust things in a way they liked, not mess with their minds besides some memories
