On a planet brimming with unknown magics and superhuman abilities, known as 'quirks', it seems like there are few things that could not be done in this world, reality-bending book or not.

However, this is indeed the universe in which the book in question ends up.

Waiting for the right hands to come across its blank pages, the book sits, as any other book from this world would.

Could it fall into the hands of a dastardly villain or a saintly hero? A civilian or a scoundrel? Would they even use it, or would the power be too great for them? Would they even know what it is or how to use it?

The book did not have these questions, because it was a book.
