Chapter 4 by iReed iReed

What does Roman Write first

Make them Change their Opinions

His dilemma was ended when he recalled the events of this day. In particular, the whiney voice of a certain girl in a red hood. Honestly, it was bad enough to have your plans be foiled. It was worse to be foiled repeatedly. It was worse still to be foiled repeatedly by the same group of little girls. However, to have those little girls give you a lecture on goodness, right and wrong, heroes and villains, and DARING to judge him: that was the worst of it all.

Yes. Red and her team would be the first victims of his reality altering power.

"Mayhap they'd need a little lesson in running their mouths," Roman muttered aloud.

What could he do? He wanted to be careful here. He wanted to make this a delight for him.

All four of the girls seemed to have pretty firm stances on certain things.

Red's being the belief that life was just like a storybook for children, where evil is without depth and good always prevails. Roman despised all of that. He himself was a testament against that belief, yet she holds it regardless.

The Ice Queen Schnee was so judgmental, she would turn on her own teammates to give a tirade.

Blonde was all about that female empowerment stuff. As hard as she could hit, that didn't make her any less annoying.

Then there was the faunus. The faunus that hides herself. Contrary to popular belief, Roman wasn't as racist toward the faunus as he lets on; however, when you want to hurt someone's feelings and you only know so much about them, you pick an easy target.

"If they're going to voice the opinions, why don't we make them a bit... counter?" said Roman, finally placing his pen to paper and scratching in.

Whenever Team RWBY voice an opinion out loud, they will say the opposite of what they had intended.

There. Now if Red wanted to say something like "The world is full of hope and wonder", she'd instead say "Everything is hopeless and bleak". If the Faunus wanted to say "The Faunus are a proud people", she'd say "The Faunus are pathetic animals."

That was a fun idea. However, it seems kind of one note. Maybe Roman could add something to make it more interesting.

Then it hit him.

When a member of Team RWBY says the Opposite Opinon, they will slowly start to believe it as their own.

Now they won't just speak the wrong opinion, they'll believe it too. That'll be chaotic. Sure enough, none of those girls will be anything like they were. That fact was okay in Roman's book. Even if they figure it out and decide not to share their thoughts anymore, that was even better.

It was late and Roman was tired. The girls in question were probably asleep at this point, so they won't experience any changes until next morning. He would probably forgo anything else and go and get some shut eye. He had another robbery in the next couple of days, so he had to be rested for then.

Where do we pick up this story?
