"Uh, Cordy, my first time was a quickie in a crappy motel with a girl who just wanted to get off. I'd like my next time to be a little more romantic than the janitor's supply closet."
"You're such a sweetheart. Okay, so we'll wait for our first time, which I promise to make amazing, and to figure out if we need to make any changes to you. Which we won't."
"We probably need to head out of here."
"Why? You've got a genie who can cover for us, and even if we're not going all the way, it has been to long since you've been touching me." Then a confused look crossed her face. "Wait... Anya said the way I feel now is because of the wish. But I don't remember ever really being mad. I was upset about the secret and I freaked out cause of how hot I thought you and Willow making out was, and then I ran and got hurt. So that's different than I originally felt, right?
"Definitely," Xander agreed.
"But I don't remember how I originally felt. But I do remember how I looked pre-wishes and your wishes. But I also remember growing into the way I look. What's going on?"
"Anya, are you going to explain this? Or do I need to wish for that?"
"A wish isn't necessary. Mental changes with most wishes are subjective. If you don't know about the wish, and don't need your previous memories, generally they change. But if you do know about the wish, and it changes reality, then a lot of time you'll get double sets of memories. So you don't make a fool of yourself when you're talking to someone who's had their memory changes, and you don't go wondering why a wish was made that didn't change anything," the genie explained.
"So I don't go asking why we wished for 32Es when I was already 32E."
"Right."
