Ah yes, the Mass Effect series has introduced us to quite a few lovely ladies over the course of their four games. Mass Effect is the Space Opera multimedia franchise, set in a future where humanity discovered in Mars an outpost of an alien race called the Protheans. This outpost contained highly advanced tech, to the point it allowed humanity to become sustainably space faring in little time, but humans quickly found themselves to be one of many sapient races in a very politized galaxy.

In the game, you take on the role of Commander Shepard, a marine from the Human Alliance System and a graduate from the N7 program, a feat which only the best of the best can boast about. Over the course of the three first games, Shepard uncovers a plot to cull the galaxy from sentient organic life, a plot whose origin traces back to hundreds of thousands of years into the past and enforced by the powerful Reapers.

That's for the Shepard trilogy, though there exists a four game, Mass Effect Andromeda, which was released to rather... mixed reviews.
