Press 2 for Mass Effect 2

The second game in the franchise. Mass Effect 2 is widely regarded as a genuinely great game and by some, the last great Bioware game before they started going downhill in one aspect or another.

Just a month after the events of the previous game, Shepard's ship is attacked by a mysterious ship, killing Shepard in the process. However, this is not the end for the Commander, as their remains are recovered by Cerberus and brought back to life through Project Lazarus. Afterwards, the Commander must gather new and old allies in their fight against the Collectors and the looming threat of the Reapers.

Mass Effect 2 improved many things from the original game and is seen as a strong sequel - but that's not why you're here, right? Fortunately, ME 2 added a bunch more of new female companions and characters... just like one would expect from a Bioware game, after all. And hey, some people want to bang alien chicks, so we're definitely not judging.
