Play with Ralli... or, at least, think about it.

"Grrr... Anyone with a dirty mind would take this opportunity to play a trick on you right now, Ms. Ralli." As Harley sat in the darkness of the tent, her thoughts grew more and more irrational, the wick on some metaphorical powder keg getting shorter and shorter. "I mean... not just anyone with a dirty mind. More like anyone with a sex drive! ... Wait a minute." The young lady's eyes widened in the darkness as she stifled a gasp. "Wait just a minute! Ms. Ralli must think I'm harmless! And why wouldn't she?! We shower together all the time and I've never done so much as... accidentally brush against her. And if she doesn't think I'm someone who would be excited about this situation... does she not know I'm attracted to her? And what if, because of how stupidly passive I've been, she never will?!"

Before Harley had realized it, she had crept silently as a cat until she was right behind her sergeant. "When I think about it that way... how could I not take an opportunity like this? I need to show Ms. Ralli I'm not the kind of girl who you can let your guard down around! I'll be... bold, and aggressive!"

Even as she told herself that, Harley hesitated. She'd risen to her feet behind Ralli's broad, scarred back, but she felt her knees knocking as she tried to translate her thoughts into actions. "I mean... this is Ms. Ralli! If I can't confess my feelings to her, how am I supposed to... p-playfully touch her in a dark tent in the middle of class? I'm supposed to respect her... and even if I wasn't, her reputation isn't for nothing! Won't she just clobber me when I try to touch her? What do I do? What should I try?!"

Ralli, meanwhile, was standing still facing away from Harley and towards her class, trying to pretend she didn't sense Harley strangely standing right behind her, wiggling her fingers in strange, indecisive anticipation. For a while, she had told herself that she was avoiding any action because she couldn't afford to do anything that would alert the class to Harley's presence... By this point, however, she had to admit that it would have been a simple matter to somehow give Harley a sign to back off. The truth was... Ralli was curious to see what Harley would decide to do. Somehow or another, the sergeant's body was tense like she was about to be attacked... But this was the mousy model student, Harley Dustaine, wasn't it? What could that dangerous premonition possibly mean regarding her?

... More minutes passed with Harley biting her lip, extending a hand, retracting it, reconsidering, and re-reconsidering. So much time passed that Ralli had to ask another question, still hiding any hint that she was aware of Harley's position.
