Palas Dark-Eye turned her back to the vampire and frowned deeply, staring into her emptied wine glass. There was no reason not to barter with Lydins and get the portrait session moved back inside where she could have her privacy... and yet, she'd agreed to the portrait anyway in the end, to the apparent delight of the countess (but not so apparent that it broke her poised, refined demeanor). Part of Palas wanted to believe that she had agreed because Lydins got her drunk or because a vampire glamour had been cast upon her... but she knew, in the end, she was just a horny exhibitionist who was getting really hot and bothered imagining striking a pose- nude- for an hour or however long it took for Lydins to get her painting down.

The portrait's subject rolled her eyes and wore a frown that looked very much like what the vampire was describing.
