OB/Gyn: Pretend you are expected

You decide that instead of potentially wasting what little cash you've got left in your wallet, you will try to cheat your way through an OB/Gyn visit and collect whatever birth control they offer. If you don't offer an ID there's no way they can track you down, and in two days from now your current body won't even exist anymore. With the help of your phone, you navigate into a dirty alley where a flashing sign points your way into the next door. Instead of a reception, you stare at a row of stairs leading upwards... whatever, you get going and eventually arrive in front of the correct office, where the door promptly opens and allows your entry.

The office is a nicely sterile white, with a counter right up ahead. You can see quite a few women waiting to be serviced in the adjacent waiting room, a majority of them in the company of a baby or two. "Hello!" you get the nurse's attention. "I've got an appointment," you add with the smug confidence only a teenager could show. "Ah yes... Mrs. Richards is it?" she asks and you reassuringly nod. "You're early, but certainly, please follow me," she requests and guides you through a hallway with many doors into a room that wasn't occupied. You're beginning to feel pretty nervous, given how quick the nurse was to accept your lie. She didn't even ask what the reason for your appointment is, which made you even more anxious. Fortunately the nurse noticed your change of attitude before leaving and took a step towards a nearby cabinet, where she withdrew a small package from which she took two white pills. She handed both to you before also retrieving a small plastic cup with water to drink from. "Here just take those and you will feel better. The doctor will be with you in a few minutes. I think it's wonderful what you're doing,. When you're ready, you can get changed behind the curtain," she said before swiftly leaving.

Wonderful, huh? You guess that's one way of describing a medical check-up. You take the pills and turn around to see what the nurse talked about. There was a neatly placed privacy curtain to change behind, and next to it an odd chair with stirrups. Aw man, you hope it won't get to that part.

Five minutes pass after you changed into the neutral hospital gown and you start to feel... completely relaxed, like there's nothing in the world that could bring you down. You've got a permanent, euphoric smile on your face and you simply sit on the exam table with your feet off to the side, swinging mindlessly.

The door suddenly swings open and you see an elderly woman in a doctor's gown entering the room with a tray that noisily rolled in front of her. "Good afternoon Mrs. Richards, nice to see you again," she said while squinting through her glasses. "Please, please get up on the table and put your feet on the stirrups as usual," she requested.

Whatever **** they gave you sure packed a punch, and you didn't even care anymore. "Sure," you reply sharply, sluggishly lifting your feet and repositioning yourself so you could lift your feet onto the stirrups. You giggle softly as you feel a cold breeze teasing your exposed, hairless little slit down below. The doctor wasted no time in rolling the tray closer to the side of the exam table, before tugging on a cord above the exam table to allow a thin paper blanket to drop from above which came to a rest on your belly and blocked your view of what's happening behind it. Your gaze wanders back to the tray, where you could see a couple of strange looking instruments. "What are... those things?" you ask with an extremely calm tone, while the pills you took earlier were now really noticeably slowing down your heartbeat and making you feel at ease. "That's a speculum, you know that," she replied before reaching for it and taking it out of your view.

Moments later, you feel something cold against your pussy. You're about to complain, when you feel your womanhood opening severely. "It's normal to be nervous right before such a big step, but you need to control yourself," the woman scolded you. "Think of your step sister and how much joy you will give her when you pop out a baby," she went on, which merely reminded you of the fact that you don't even have a step sister!

The ample medication made you feel drowsy and weak, and you tilt your head back against the cushioned table while briefly seeing the doctor reaching back for the tray. This time, she picked up a very thin, flexible plastic tube that looked to be around 30 inches long when fully extended. "N-no... slow down..." you complain, but she didn't have any of it as she picked up a small bottle of lube and squirted a good amount onto one end of the tube. Her latex-covered fingers began to spread the slippery fluid across the last few inches of the tube.

Afterwards, with your feet up high in the stirrups, she easily navigated the lubricated tip into your lady bits and against your soft and pliable cervix, and just like that inserted it gradually. The hollow end soon came back out on the other side, safe and secure in your womb to grant her a direct connection to your important parts. You're surprised it didn't hurt more, but given how most of your body felt numb, you quickly put the blame on all the pills you took.

"Tube is inserted... now we just need to clamp down the speculum a little more to avoid spillage," she explained, her hands moving back to the metal tool and tightening it. You didn't feel anything unusual at first, but then the discomfort grew. The petals of the speculum were gently pressing against either side of your cervix, creating an airtight seal around the thin tube.
