"Uhm. Hey, actually why don't we call this whole night off?" You interject suddenly, leaving everyone in the room kind of confused. "I mean, we all have to get up somewhat early in the morning, don't we? Maybe we should just save our energy and get some extra hours of sleep."

Akiko knits her brows, but as she sees Kenji's flushed expression, she realizes that maybe it time to call it a night. So quickly follows with agreement, which prompts agreement from Sachio- who at first fumbles with her words as she waits for Kenji's reply. He's slow at first - in fact he looks a little angry. However, when he notices Mikka's stare at Sachio, he sobers up considerably and stands up. He clears his throat and rubs his face, now joining the rest of you. He looks at Akiko and bows his head slightly.

Mikka looks at Zuprik, mouthing something that you can't really understand. He then looks at the rest of you. "Yeah, no problem. I'll get this all paid for. I'm sure Kenji and Warren will be able to take care of you both. I'll see everyone in the morning."

Sharing your goodbyes, you both leave the room and then the building. There's not a lot of talking from you as the others chat with each other. Kenji needed this more than you did - so you give him some space and allow him the company of both Akiko and Sachio. When you arrive at the hotel again, Kenji stops you from leaving. He has something to ask you.

"Warren. You look like you have something on your mind. What is it?"

His expression usually had some warmth behind it. This time however, it's all ice and no life. He's as serious as he can be right now. In fact, even judging by the he's standing it looks like he's sizing you up. Whether not he's really drunk doesn't matter, he's all squared away for a fight.

"What happened tonight?"

"I've worked with tired people before. We'll guarding VIP's, it's important everyone is on top of their game. It was more self-centered than I played it out to be." You reply, dodging the question somewhat.

Kenji doesn't seem to believe that's all you have to say. "Warren."

"Kenji?"

"Are you hiding something from me?"

You scoff and stuff your hands in your pockets. Your smile straightens when you see that his expression has not changed one bit since he turned to talk to you. He isn't going to let you leave without saying something. His eyes are drifting and his cheeks are still rosed over. You might be able to keep a poker face and lie to him...or perhaps throw Mikka under the bus now before Kenji digs any deeper.
