No time for any of that. You have other troubles.

While you had been wracking your brain for ideas on what to do about this situation your phone had been resting quietly in your hand. Not anymore. The damn things sudden ringing completely derailed your train of thought. At first you intended to just ignore it but the possibility of it being the person responsible for all of this popped into your mind. A brief glimpse at the caller ID not only dashed those hopes but made everything just a little bit worse. Tony Cassiano. Fuck, you really didn't want to talk to him right now but-

"John! Where the hell are you?!" came a loud and angry voice from the other end of the phone. Tony was an old Italian friend of your dad. He owned a couple of eateries around town and for the summer your dad had talked him into giving you a part time job at one of his less important establishments.

"Erm, sorry Mr. Cassiano-" you started to reply before being completely interrupted.

"Who is this?! You know what, I don't care. Whoever it is you tell John if they aren't at the Snack Shack in twenty minutes they're fired. Hear me? Fired!"

Son of a bitch. This was NOT the time for something as dumb as a part time job in a snack bar at the city park. Still, it's not quite like you had built up any good karma with Tony with your constant tardiness. Your dad would absolutely kill you if he got home from vacation and found out you had completely blown the first real professional responsibility. Damn it! It's not like you could just put this whole "transformed into a chick" thing on hold for a shift! But then again... Tony was never -actually- at the Snack Shack. You could probably head down, punch your time card, work a few quick hours, and get out of there without landing yourself in deeper trouble OR getting caught. Besides, what sort of trouble could you get into at the park?
