No Magic Tricks Necessary

“That’s one way to change a girl’s mind.” Tanya says before giving you another kiss.

“Tanya, you don’t have—” You start to say, wanting to tell her she doesn’t need to compromise on this and that she made really valid points; but she doesn’t let you by placing a finger on your lips to stop you from talking.

“You don’t need to say anything more, papi. A part of me just wanted to see what you’d do. After learning that you have magic on your side, I just wanted to see if the man I fell for was real, or he was just a magic trick.” she says caressing your cheek like she did this morning.

“I can’t believe you were really willing to give up that dream, that fantasy, just for me?” Tanya asks, getting emotional.

“Not just for you Tanya, I’m willing to give that up because it’s you… because it’s my girlfriend that’s asking me to do it.” You reply.

“You’re too much, papi.” Tanya says, flattered.

“Ugh. This is too much. OW!” Stella says in reaction to your lovey-dovey interaction with Tanya before Cassie elbows her in the ribs again.

“I’m sorry! I just think this diabetic tangent derailed what we were talking about. What are we even voting on now anyway?” Stella rudely interrupts.

“If Jay can pursue his babysitter! I mean his cousin. Both! Whatever.” Cassie annoyingly tells Stella.

“No, Tanya changed the dynamics of that vote already.” Stella retorts.

“I did?” Tanya asks, confused.

“Yeah. You brought up the fact that if Aunt Celeste is game to bang, but not willing to hang, then what we’re really allowing Dad to do is fuck other girls outside of our relationship.” Stella clarifies.

“Why can’t we just allow Jay to go after his cousin? Like, just specifically her. Whether it has a chance of being serious or just for the weekend.” Cassie asks.

“Slippery slope.” Tanya immediately answers her.

“Exactly.” Stella chimes in, in agreement.

“You guys make it sound like I can’t control myself.” You comment. Tanya just points to Stella as her response, and you immediately get what she means.

“Tanya has a point.” Cassie agrees with the idea now, that allowing you to do this now might be a slippery slope if you have self-control issues again.

“You guys make it sound like I’m not irresistible.” Stella jokingly says before flicking her hair with her hand. Cassie lightly pushes her face with her hand as an affectionate ‘fuck outta here’ gesture. It immediately lightens the mood, so you have to thank Stella for that.

“Honestly, even if that’s the case, I’d still allow it.” Cassie.

“What?” you ask in shock, and Cassie replies with “Jay, like I said, what you need isn’t monogamy, it’s—”

“Sex!” Stella interjects before putting on an intense face and simulating humping. Cassie once again pushes her face, only slightly harder this time.

“As I was saying, what you need is loving relationships. You’ll always have us to love and support you. So, like I’ve said before, don’t limit where you find happiness.” Cassie continued.

“I already gave you my blessing. When I voted yes, I meant yes to that too. I trust you. I know you won’t forget about us or introduce someone to this relationship without consulting us, even if we allow you something like this.” Tanya adds.

“You already know my vote.” Stella says before simulating humping again. “You push my face again, I will break you.” Stella warns Cassie before she could continue her third strike to Stella’s face.

“Tanya hasn’t heard that speech, maybe you should repeat it.” Cassie jokes.

“What speech?” Tanya asks.

“Something-something-something… Be Happy.” Stella tells you, although she may be sick of it now, she still genuinely says the last part with all sincerity. “But! You still have to buy that polyamory trait, okay? I’m still very much prone to jealousy.” Stella adds with a pout.

“If you’re so prone to jealousy, why’d you encourage him to go after us?” Cassie asks Stella.

“I didn’t know I’d want him for myself, okay? Before I saw him with you, I was hoping he’d bang as many women he needed to bang so that he could move on from mom.” Stella explained.

“Sweetie, honestly, Cassie and I thought we’d be most jealous of you. You are his daughter after all.” Tanya adds.

“Yeah, that’s a double-edged sword. Based on what he told me last night, the trait he bought didn’t change his outlook on ****. So Dad still thinks of me as his daughter, so he won’t be as comfortable with the lovey-dovey stuff with me as he is with you guys.” Stella explains to them. Tanya and Cassie just laugh at the idea of the grass not being always greener on the other side.

You’d like to give your two cents on their current conversation, but you’re still shocked at what they just allowed you to do. Your girlfriends, who are sharing you enough as it is, and who are also willing to be monogamous with you, are now also open to you pursuing not just future relationships, but also allowing you to literally fuck around… and you didn’t even have to use magic!

“I honestly don’t know what to say.” You tell them, not really sure how to react to being given by your current girlfriends a free pass to just go for whoever you want sexually. You honestly cannot fathom how they could be okay with it. You definitely wouldn’t have allowed Diane this level of freedom even if it was to save your relationship. Hell, you’re not allowing your girlfriends that level of freedom either.

“I promise I won’t **** your trust.” You finally add after a long pause, knowing just how much they trust you not to hurt them by allowing you this privilege.

“We know you won’t, papi. That’s why we trust you with it.” Tanya adds.

“What about this though?” You ask the three of them, referring to your relationship and how complicated it may be to handle everyone’s feelings if you guys don’t set ground rules.

“Anybody got ideas?” Cassie asks everyone, but all of you draw a blank for a few minutes.

“I think Jay mentioned something that we should definitely implement. When it comes to our collective relationship, it has to be decided by unanimous vote.” Tanya suggests, and you and Cassie nod to show your agreement.

“I disagree. I think it should be by majority.” Stella says with a serious face.

“Stella!” Cassie reacts in irritation, knowing full well Stella was doing it to point out the paradox it would result in.

“I’m kidding. Of course, I agree.” Stella finally relents.

“What about other stuff?” Cassie asks, but everyone’s drawing a blank as to how the four of you could actually handle this unique relationship that you have.

“How about a trial run?” Stella suggests after a while.

“What do you mean, baby?” You ask her to clarify.

“I mean, let’s not set ground rules for now and we’ll talk about it if it’s something that affects everyone. If not, then the people involved get to decide it on their own.” Stella clarifies. Although it seems like it’s just a way for all four of you to postpone thinking about specifics, you all seem to be of the same mind that it’s not a bad idea at all. All four of you agree that that’s how you should do it for now, and just address things as they come up.

“I also wanted to clarify, we’re all good with each other right? Like, no secret bad blood or anything?” Stella asks.

“You ruined Girls’ Night.” Cassie immediately answers.

“You cockblocked me.” Tanya adds right after; to yours and Stella’s horror, before both girls laugh it off, clearly joking with Stella.

“We’re all good here sweetie.” Tanya says before stretching her hand across the table to hold Stella’s hand.

“I guess it should go without saying, don’t do anything that’s going to hurt anyone in this relationship?” Tanya asks, and everyone nods.

“So, now that that’s settled, what are your plans for tonight?” Cassie asks. You haven’t really thought about your plans for tonight with Celeste after everything that happened this morning, but after looking at everyone on the table, you’re immediately sure what you want to do.

“I have an idea.”
