Chapter 7 by DFang DFang

How does Tammy react to that?

Mock shock then laughter

Tammy gasps in mock shock. “I think we’re both too old for that.” Bzzt. But she looks sideways at you and blushes. You feel a stronger vibration which tells you that you got a long-form update on your phone. Did I get to 50 with her?

Molly catches it and hoots in laughter. “I totally think you’d do it if the tub was bigger!”

Tammy just laughs. “Maybe if we were wearing swimsuits.”

“Oh, you mean that really skimpy bikini you wear when you’re tanning?” Molly teases with a wink.

They’re staring at each other in a mock stare-off. You clear your throat and raise your hands defensively when they both whip their heads towards you. “Whoa,” you grin. “I just wanted to say, first of all, I don’t think us sharing a tub would be all that relaxing, if you know what I mean.” Bzzt. Bzzt. Tammy blushes and Molly’s grin widens as you continue. “Second of all, I’ll pass on the tub - it’s not really my thing. You go right ahead, though, Tammy. And Molly, while I’m sure your mom looks good in that bikini, I’m not sure she wants her own brother to see her in it if it’s as skimpy as you seem to be implying.” Bzzt.

Tammy’s blush increases. She walks away with a deliberate sway in her hips. “I’ll just go and take that bath then. One of you bring me that glass of wine in about ten minutes, please.” Then she pauses at the bathroom door and looks back at the two of you. “And as for not wanting my baby brother to see me in that bikini - don’t be so quick to jump to conclusions,” she says with a toss of her head and a smirk before she darts into the bathroom with a giggle.

Molly answers with her own giggle. “I’ll go open that bottle of wine mom has in the refrigerator,” she says and darts off, still giggling.

As soon as you are alone, you adjust yourself in your pants. Sister or not, you’re damn sure Tammy looks good in a bikini and just the thought has you medium hard. But now you do wonder what she’d look like in a bathtub. Without the bikini, naturally.

But that’s a view I’d never get these days, you sigh mentally - not that you ever had seen her like that given how much older she was than you. But that was beside the point - wasn’t it?

You sigh and decide to at least email Penelope, your boss. You grab your laptop and sit down on the couch in the living room.

As soon as you open it, however, thoughts of emailing Penelope temporarily leave your mind. Because right in the middle of the screen you see the unmistakable AMA logo. You grin to yourself. Wonder if the PC version shows more than the phone version?

However, that will have to wait for a moment. You open up your email program and type out an email to Penelope.

Dear Ms. Jones,

When I arrived home from work this evening, my apartment building was on fire. The police officer I spoke to told me to come back tomorrow. As a result, I will be late to work at best and possibly not be in at all depending on how long it takes.

Sorry for the last minute notice. I will keep you updated when I can.

Jacob Carter

And, you figure, you probably should give your insurance agent an heads-up about the upcoming insurance claim and see what information she needs from you.

You start another email to the insurance agent, who you have never met, and only knew by their email signature, M. Santiago. In it, you explain the circumstances and that you had been instructed to go back the following day to assess the damages and was there any information the agent particularly needed from you.

Sending that email off, you hope, but don’t expect, that you’ll get an answer before you get to your apartment building the next day.

Now that that chore is complete, you close the email program and open up the AMA program while idly wondering how it got installed on both your phone and computer without your input. It trundles for a few seconds showing just the logo then the window opens up.

Does it show more than the phone version?
