Jessica is with you

Panicking you turn and see Jessica's perky breasts and full lips. She is indeed a girl again and she is rubbing her eyes waking up.

Letting out a sigh, "yes she is."

"But will she stay that way?" asks the voice.

Jessica, yawns and asks, "who's that?"

"Hello dear," says the voice.

Jessica bolts up right, waking up completely, "what do you want?"

"To congratulate you on becoming a father or is it mother?"

She glares at the phone, "is that all?'

"Actually, no," continues the stranger. "I also wanted to congratulate you on your incredibly good luck."

The two of you exchange glances expecting more.

"If you recall I said you had to impregnate two girls, but I did not say anything about ensuring their pregnancy if you managed to get your seed in them but lucky you, you did."

Jessica and you both pale at this statement, you had indeed been lucky the two girls got pregnant.

"But how much more luck will you need to keep it that way?"

Her lip trembles, "what do you mean?"

The stranger laughs in reply, "I mean you'll be changing back to a boy if the two mothers do not keep their kids."

Jessica clutches at bed sheet, lost for words.

"You can't do that!" you shout into the phone. "We already did what you asked!"

"I'm willing to make you one last offer," says the stranger.

Jessica lifts her head hopefully but you are not so sure, "what sort of offer?"

"If both mothers keep their kids Jess stays a boy, but if neither or only one keeps their kid, Jess will be a boy. You will remain a as you are either way however..." the stranger pauses and you clutch your fist not liking where this is headed. "If you agree to share some of that burden, I'll meet you half way."

Jessica's eyes double in size while she continues to grip the sheets. "What do you have in mind," you ask.

"Simple really, if both mothers have their babies nothing changes, your genders are locked. If you agree though only one mother needs to keep her kid and you both keep your genders, but if you agree to my offer and neither of the mothers keep their children, you both lose your genders." The strange pauses letting it sink in.

Time slows down for you as you contemplate this. You could do nothing and be sure to keep your gender but Jessica had a pretty high chance of losing hers, or take a chance to improve her chances but risk losing your gender. If you did lose it though so would Jessica, you would be in it together.

The stranger interrupts your thinking with a soft chuckle to their voice, "Do you want to share the burden and increase Jess' chances of staying a woman? Or make sure to stay a man yourself and let her take an increased risk of losing her gender?"
