It is Fabe

I turn to look and, Ugh, it’s Fabe.

“Where were you last night?” Fabe demands as he is walking towards us.

I start getting up and reply, “Why should I tell you?”

“I’m not talking to you, freak.” Fabe tells me. “I’m talking to my girl.”

Mia, who is also getting up, looks at Fabe with surprise and asks, “Your girl?”

Fabe walks up all the way to Mia and stands right in front of her. “Yeah, you were supposed to meet me at the forests edge.”

“Fabe, you were drunk, you slurred something unintelligible and then you just left.” Mia answers. “I have no idea what you are talking about.”

“Bullshit.” Fabe replies. “I remember clearly you were hungry for a blowjob.”

My heart sinks. Mia? Did you really offer Fabe a blowjob?

I watch Mia place both her hands on Fabe’s shoulders and then … she gives him her knee … right in his family jewels. I have never seen Fabe double over in pain so quickly.

“You think you can just **** my sister into sex, beat her while you’re at it, call her a slut on top of it and also cheat on her with me?!” Mia tells Fabe, clearly showing her displeasure. “How DARE you disgrace my sister like that! The time I spend distracting you was nothing but ****!”

Fabe steps away from Mia and asks, “Distraction?”

“Yes, Fabe. That night Emma was eloping with Oliver. I was distracting you so they could escape safely.” Mia answers. “By now they should be well on their way to Tristanis and you will never hurt Emma again.”

Fabe face contorts in fury, curling his lips so he is showing his teeth. “You helped the pig steal my girl?! You bitch!”

Then Mia quickly places her hands on Fabe’s shoulders a second time and now she gives him her other knee.

“Oliver has more man in his little toe than you have in your entire dumb body!” Mia yells at Fabe. “Now get out of my sight before I give you a third knee!”

After that, Fabe stumbles away while holding his balls. Damn, Mia. I love you.

I walk up to my girlfriend and say, “You know, I was planning to jump in and help out. But then I saw you give him a knee and I figured you’d be happiest if I let you take care of him yourself.”

Mia smiles at me and says, “I already wanted to give him a knee last night. It felt so good I couldn’t resist giving him that second knee. Thank you for letting me take care of it myself and thank you for being ready in case things went wrong.”

Then Mia closes in and gives me a kiss on the lips.

"Damn, I forgot to ask him about his asshole." Mia laments. Then Mia laughs and says, "I must have been on fire all of last night."

We both laugh and kiss again.

“So, I leave you kids alone for a few minutes and you’re already making out.” Another voice calls out, interrupting our kiss.

When we check, we see my mom has returned.

“Ah, young love.” Mom muses with a smile. “Makes me wish I could be 18 again.”

Having mom catch me while kissing my girlfriend makes me a bit embarrassed. Mia instead doesn’t seem to have that issue. In fact, I think she might be proud of herself.

For the next couple of minutes, we are eating and drinking the stuff mom brought with her from the inn. During the meal mom tells Mia one of her stories from back when she was with the Dark Dragon guild. It’s a story Amelia and I have already heard plenty of times, but for Mia it’s her first time hearing it.

Apparently, Mom was not only friends with Alice, but also another girl named Helena. She was an A rank healer and the three of them were such great friends they basically did every adventure together. If anyone asked just one of these three girls to go adventuring, she’d always pull her other two friends with her. This is how inseparable they were.

“Wait, wait. Hang on.” Mia interrupts my mom’s story. “An A rank healer, a B rank warrior and a C rank mage? Please tell me you calles yourselves the ABC-gang.”

Mom started laughing and answered, “No, we were three girls from the dark dragon guild, so we called ourselves the three dragonettes.”

As mom continues her story, she also pulls out a necklace from underneath her armor and shows it to Mia. It is made of black metal and attached to it is a medallion in the shape of a dragon skull.

“This was given to me when I joined the Dark Dragons. It is how we can prove which guild we belong to. I have worn it so often that I feel it has become part of my armor set.”

“It must be very important to you.”

“It sure it. It was a gift from the guild master himself.” Mom says.

Mia’s eyes went wide with amazement and surprise. “You mean the S rank?”

There are only 3 S ranked adventurers in the kingdom. 9 if you also count those in the surrounding kingdoms. The guild master of the Dark Dragons is one of them, so meeting him is a big deal.

After mom finishes her story, Mia and I have both long finished our meal and are ready for the next part of our training.
