How else does a celebrity deal with a fan?

Kumiko made her way to the library as sneakily as she could, for whatever good it did now as pretty much half the school saw her in her Hello Kitty panties already. The young woman opened the door to the library, noticing that it was thankfully rather quiet with very few people in it. All she had to do was find the fangirl and get her hat and boots back.

No biggie.

Grabbing a book from one of the shelves, Kumiko covered her breasts as she snuck past the librarian and scurried towards the back. As she was half-way there, she passed another girl who took one look at her and giggled before walking away. Confused, Kumiko looked down at the book she was holding...

Which just so happened to be a book on cherry farming.

Letting out a low growl with a blush, Kumiko sat the book back down before cupping her breasts and continuing to the back. Stopping behind a shelf, Kumiko peeked out and saw the fangirl sitting at the table, running her fingers along Kumiko's hat.

Kitty appeared next to Kumiko and whispered, "Okay? So what the plan? You want me to scare her away and you steal the hat back?"

"Actually, I have a better idea."

"This has got to be the best day of your life, Haruno Mitsuki." The fangirl whispered to herself, "You saw your hero in action during class, and you got a piece of her costume for your collection. Today cannot get even better if it tried!"

"Hello."

Mitsuki turned at the voice and nearly had a heart attack at the sight of Kumiko standing in front of her with an arm covering her breasts while dressed in her Hello Kitty panties.

"Y-y-y-y-you.... You're...." Mitsuki stammered in excitement.

"That's right." Kumiko said as she sat down next to her, "I'm Magical Girl Kumiko, Guardian of Justice, Keeper of peace, the selfless Humanitarian, and Vanquisher of Evil."

Mitsuki put a hand over her mouth to muffle her squeal. "Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!" She whispered, "I can't believe I'm meeting you in the flesh!"

"Heh heh... Maybe don't use those exact words." Kumiko suggested as she chuckled sheepishly, reminded of her own state of dress.

"Sorry." Mitsuki said with a sheepish laugh. Clearing her throat, the girl then said, "Anyway, my name is -"

"Oh, I know you. You're Haruno Mitsuki." Kumiko said with a smile.

Mitsuki gasped. "You know my name?! How?!"

"Magic abilities." Kumiko said with a wink. Inwardly, she added, "And you talk much louder than you think you do."

"Wow!"

"Anyway, Mitsuki," Kumiko began, "I couldn't help but notice that you had my hat. Unfortunately, I need it back."

"No offense, but a hat seems like the last part of your outfit you need right now." Mitsuki said. She then looked down at the hat and said, "Plus, this is just what I need to add to my collection. I even planned on putting it in-between my Magical Girl Kumiko action figures and the official manga."

"Mitsuki, this is really -" Kumiko began before realizing what the fangirl said. "I have action figures and manga?!"

"Yeah." Mitsuki explained, "You also have the anime adaption of the manga coming out this summer, the stage show next year, and the live-action movie that's in development until it's release in 2027."

"How am I not seeing a single penny from all this?!" Kumiko groaned. At the sound of someone clearing their throat, Kumiko looked up to see Kitty tapping his wrist before pointing to the hat. Letting out a sheepish chuckle, the young woman turned back to Mitsuki and said, "Listen, Mitsuki, I know you want it, but I need my hat in order to save the world and fight crime."

"Why can't you just magic up another hat?" Mitsuki asked.

"It's... complicated."

"Well, I don't know..."

"Well, how about we trade?" Kumiko suggested, getting a little ****. That seemed to get the fangirl's attention as Kumiko looked around for a bit before smiling and taking off her boots. Setting them on the table, Kumiko offered, "If you give me my hat back, you get these boots that were temporarily worn by me. Deal?"

"I don't -" Mitsuki began before letting out as gasp as she picked up one of the boots and examined it, "Are these the boots of The Moth Queen?! They are! I'd recognize that brown coloration and ugly design anywhere! She's my favorite member of your rogue gallery!"

"She is...?" Kumiko asked with a smile, finally getting somewhere. "Then you can have them if I get my hat back. I'll even autograph them for you. What do you say?"

"Oh, this is tough." Mitsuki groaned as she looked between the hat and the boots. "My favorite hero's hat vs my favorite super villain's boots. How long do I have to think about - "

"Well, if you still want the hat and want to miss out on a once and a lifetime opportunity..."

"I'll take the boots!" Mitsuki chirped as she gave the hat back to Kumiko, the heroine placing it over her small breasts as the fangirl looked over the boots. "Made and previously worn by my favorite villain, then previously worn by my favorite hero. I love this day so much!"

"And speaking of boots, Mitsuki." Kumiko said as she stood up from the table. "I also seemed to have misplaced my red boots as well. You wouldn't happen to know where they are, would you?"
