Higher world!

You all enjoy eating breakfast together. With the kids not having practiced cultivation yet, they require regular meals, so you all become used to eating meals together. The hall is filled with laughter, and banter. Suddenly a Sect Elder rushes in.

“Sect Master! King Kua has arrived! He says the matter is quite urgent!” The elder explains.

“ I’ll go see what he needs, continue eating for now!” You tell the others, before space shifting out. The range of your space shifting isn’t great enough for the distance, requiring several uses before you arrive.

“Good, your here! My people have discovered a massive space gate! It leads to another world!” He explains. With your comprehension of space, you understand a bit about space gates. They essentially have the function to mechanically create a void corridor, without a master of the dao of space. Void corridors function as wormholes, connecting two separate spaces. The process is a bit to difficult for you, and it especially astonishing to here it leads to separate worlds. The void is like a chaotic abyss, the further between spaces, the more turbulent. The turbulence between worlds should be quite vast, yet according to Kua, they’ve discovered a space gate that could accomplish this! Just what kind of master or masters could create such a thing?

“I agree this is important, but what is it you haven’t told me?” You ask, already knowing there’s more to it then that.

“Apparently the other world is greater, and richer than ours! With even greater realms of cultivation! There’s apparently different factions in that world, deciding what to do with ours. One faction wishes to enslave us, another wishes to take us in, and another wishes to abolish the gate all together! I’ve already spoken to one of the ambassadors, and they’d like to meet the strongest of our world. I know it’s dangerous, but I want you to meet with them! It may be the only chance to protect our world!” Kua says. Thoughts of being powerless watching your family being taken rushes through your mind.

“Very well! I shall meet with them!” You say. Kua then explains where the ruins the gate is located. You tell him to inform the others, as you head off. You repeatedly use space shifting to rush to the location. Once their, you take some time to recover, before approaching the gate. You take some time to inspect the gate, gaining insight into the dao of space. You then head through. It feels as if you are blasted to a new area, the power of the void corridor revealing even more of the dao of space. When you reach the other side, your overwhelmed with a form of motion sickness. The fact that you experience such a level of sickness despite your proficiency, shows just how powerful it is. You surmise that if Kua attempted to try, the sickness would shatter his very soul, killing him. This is likely the main reason why they sought the strongest. As you stabilize yourself, you realize your proficiency in space has drastically increased. You then become aware that your in a room, rather then a ruin like the other gate is at. The design of the room is a bit strange, but it’s only to be expected! After all, this is no longer the world you once knew! Suddenly someone enters.

“Aah! You must be Ichicka Yang! Your father-in-law has told me much about you. I’m the ambassador that he likely told you about! My name is Urata Tsutomu, but please refer to me as ambassador Tsutomu.

“It’s nice to meet you ambassador Tsutomu! May I ask where we are? I haven’t been informed about this world, so I’m completely ignorant.

“I’ve expected as much, this is Todaji temple! It’s located in the Tashio region, in Niigata city. This happens to be the primary base of the faction wishing to rope your world in! To be honest, we are lacking members compare to the other two factions, so training people from your world to join us is what we’re after, though you didn’t hear this from me!” Explains Tsutomu.

“I see, but I guess that’s not a bad offer. Since this is a greater world, we could live greater and longer lives here!” You say aloud.

“Indeed! Although we lack people, we possess substantial wealth! We can easily accommodate your people with the resources to cultivate!” Tsutomu responds, as he starts leading you through the tower.

“If you don’t mind me asking, what are the realms beyond the saint spirit realm?” You ask him.

“Of course not, ask as many questions as you like during your stay! Above the saint spirit realm is sacred spirit realm, Emperor spirit realm, Ancient spirit realm, and lastly the Immortal realm! Although there are few who have reached the immortal realms. Not a single one the three factions have one. They normally govern in far greater lands than these.” Tsutomu explains.

“I see!” You respond, trying to adjust to the wonder of these realms! Realizing that this world could easily dominate your world with a single cultivatior!

“Here we are! I’ll introduce you to our queen! Just stay close behind me!” Tsutomu says, turning to open the door. You both quickly move in front of the throne.” Queen Kaga Kazumi, I present Ichicka Yang, the strongest of the lower world!” Tsutomu declares. You take a bow.

“So your the one huh? Tell me, will you join me? We’ve heard about your abilities from Kua Tang, and I believe we can improve your cultivation quickly if you agree.” She says.

“I have a family on the other side! As long as you agree that no harm should befall them, then I’ll do my best to aid you!” You declare.

“Very well! I swear upon my honor, that I will not allow misfortune to befall your family, but I need you at you to quickly improve! Diamyo Taiji, take him to the shifting time chamber!” Queen Kazumi declares. Suddenly a woman stands before you.

“I hear your quite the stud in your home world! Your just a saint though, so let’s see how you hold up!” The woman says. Although you can’t see through her strength, her very presence is dominating you, and your barely capable of not shrinking back. She then shrouds you in her qi, before dashing of with you in tow.

“I hope he’s as extraordinary as he claimed! He may be our only hope!” The queen mutters, though your to far away to hear.
