Help Karen.

You decide to help Karen with getting settled into the guest room.
"Let me help you, Karen." You grab one of the three suitcases out her hand, and she sighs with relief. Karen glares at Jack's back: he seems completely engrossed with Jared and Tara by Jared's car. Okay, he's completely engrossed with Tara. It sounds like Jared's asking him about golf tomorrow, but Jack doesn't seem to be answering very well. True to her minx-ish ways, Tara is preening and twirling her hair.
"I swear to Christ, James. The man has a nice bod, and he brings home the bacon, but he's unhelpful and a moron for a pair of young titties." You reach the interior garage door into the house, and Karen turns, "Hey JACK-ass!" Jack's head whips around, and he affects a put-upon look. He ambles over to take the third bag.
You bring them in through the living room door, into the open floor plan kitchen/dining area. Jenna has already started setting up for dinner: vegetables, chicken breasts, potatoes, dressings and condiments.
"Gonna get them situated, ok, babe!" Jenna smiles at the three of you as you pass, heading for the stairs.
You bring them into the guest bedroom. It's the same size as your office, which had also been a bedroom when you bought the house. It had a decent sized closet, a queen bed, two nightstands, and an older flatscreen resting on top of a bureau.
"There's a digital box in here, so you guys can watch anything you want. Just try not to rent any movies on demand, ok?" You chuckle.
Karen drops her suitcase, and starts immediately putting away a few things into drawers. Mostly delicates, you notice uncomfortably.
Jack, true to form, falls face first onto the bed, kicking off his shoes.
"Fuck everything...I'm beat. Wake me when it's dinner time." And he's literally snoring within a few minutes.
Karen shakes her head again. "Can't live with him...can't bury him in the woods somewhere." she mutters under her breath, but loud enough for your benefit.

"The master is fucked up right now. There's a half bath up here, end of this hall, but the only other shower is downstairs. {If ScottyFix = 1} But don't sweat that, I got a guy coming to fix it any minute now. One of my old employees is a handyman."{else} There's a guy coming tomorrow, hopefully bright and early, to take a look. Until then, we just got to make it work."{endif} Karen laughs, and moves close to you. "Guess we may end up doubling up in the morning then, huh? Wonder who I'll share with?" She giggles, and sneaks a little squeeze of your ass.
"Karen!" you hiss in a loud whisper, shooting your eyes at Jack. {if KarenSFantasy = 1} Fantasies were fantasies. You weren't expecting this, though Karen has always been playful.{else} Karen had always had a playful side.{endif}{endif}
"Well no sense wasting time!" Karen strips off her blouse, revealing her round, bikini clad titties and pale freckled stomach. "You coming in the pool, James?" She peels down her tight blue jeans, and you note with alarm, that she nearly takes her bikini bottoms down with them, treating you to a generous view of her asscrack.
"Probably not. Can't leave Jenna to do all the prep work by herself, or I'll be sleeping on the couch."
"She always overprepares. There's plenty of time..." she puts on a pout. "Oh well. Snooze you lose!" she gives Jack's snoring form a venemous look as she says it.
Leaving the napping Jack, you both head downstairs. Jenna is chopping veggies for salad, and she has the chickens buttterflied and already in bags of marinade. She has potatoes laid out on a sheet tray, with some oregano and olive oil ready to season them.
"Jenna, come on. Leave that stuff for now!" Karen grabs Jenna around the waist. "Come out and hang by the pool with me. I've missed you." You can see through the window that Allison and Riley have already settled and changed into bikinis. They are heading down the steps of the back porch and making a beeline for the pool. Tara, Zoe and Jared are nowhere to be seen.
"If I'm going to be a proper hostess, I need to get this stuff ready! There's a lot of mouths to feed." Karen whines in Jenna's ear, as if they were 18 and 17 again. "Jennnnnnnnnnnnaaaaaaaaaa....." Jenna rolls her eyes.
"No one would ever guess you're the older one, you brat."
