"Cammy?" Tanya raised her eyebrow. "She's got more skill than um, interestingness."

"She's a soldier. So am I. My preferred body type is darker skinned girls, but at this point in my career I don't find it judicious to get involved in the Luv family's business. That rules out Rochelle Divine and Lisa Cole. There aren't any other black girls in the league that interest me."

"Hmph. Once again, Soldierboy, I said interesting. Cammy is... borderline. Some of our hardcore fans ask me to use her more. But she's not what I had in mind for you... so which shall it be. Do I let you fight the army girl, or pick someone I'd rather see?"

Tanya walked a slow circle around Shadow Ape, trailing her hand along his shoulders. He stood as though he were at attention, trying not to let his drill sergeant psyche him out.
