"Hey, Gavin?" She caught his attention with a slight raise of his head. "Take off your shirt."

Gavin gagged on his on air. "Wh-What?" he sputtered.

"You heard me." Victoria continue to smile. "Take it off, let me look at you."

Gavin blinked at her. "I don't understand what you--"

"Oh c'mon!" Victoria strode over to him and pulled at his t-shirt's hem. Gavin cursed and told her to stop, but she persisted. After wrestling momentarily, she ripped it over his head and hid it behind her back. Gavin almost made a go for it, but she backed away too fast.

"This isn't funny, Victoria!"

"It's not meant to be, now stand up straight! Back straight and shoulders back, c'mon!" She waved her hand upward with a serious look in her green eyes. Gavin, completely confused and with heat in his cheeks, complied, rearing himself to his true height and puffing his chest forward. Standing like a soldier receiving an inspection from his commanding officer, Victoria moved around him like a sergeant.

The first thing she was surprised about was how tall Gavin really was. Hunching over a game or his phone all the time gave him a pronounced hump, but after correcting his posture, he grew at least 5 inches, as tall as Zack over her. His wiry frame, a bit gangly but not out of proportion, possessed a flat stomach and equally flat chest, but nicely defined arms. His biceps were especially noticeable, and she remembered Gavin often carting the large, out-of-date computer equipment the school had out of the A.V. club's lockers. All that hefting also translated into some sculpting of his upper back, and Victoria certainly approved of his broad shoulders. She told him to flex, and after some explanation of how exactly to do that, Gavin pushed his shoulders back. The muscles around his neck and spine popped out, impressing Victoria. He looked attractive, really. When she caught herself angling for a view of anything in his hiking shorts though, she stopped herself. She didn't let him see her blush.

She revolved back to his face, and met Gavin's perplexed stare with her own happy one. "Not bad, Gavin. Really."

"What do you mean?"

"You have a good body. Especially your broad shoulders, I know a lot of girls who get turned on by that." She could see the flush begin to redden his pale chest.

"Why... What are you doing, Victoria?"

She glanced over at the bird, now nuzzling his new-found mate. "Because everyone deserves a chance. Look, I'm no shrink Gavin, but I think you need a little confidence in yourself. You're one of Zack's best friends, and Zack..." She paused. Memories of last night flashed in her mind. "Well, I like him."

Finally man, Gavin thought.

"So I want to help you, and trust me, you aren't as half-bad as you think."

Gavin looked away, then found Victoria's gaze. "You think so?"

"Cheerleader's honor!"

Gavin laughed, visibly relaxing. His eyes wandered across her face, then her neck, then the swell of her breasts covered by her spaghetti strap tank that exposed her midriff, and then her long legs capped by her cut-off jeans. He felt his cock jerk, then he mentally slapped himself. Gavin, c'mon, he thought, yeah she's hot, but Zack's been pining for her for a long time. Don't stare.

"Gavin?" Victoria said, waving a hand in front of his face. "Did I lose you?"

"Uh, wait, sorry!" He shook his head rapidly.

"Did I catch you..." she began, "...staring?"

"No!" Gavin turned his entire body away.

Victoria bit her lower lip. Clearly he was lying and very embarrassed. Poor kid. Surely there was something more she could do for him?
