Getting stuck with your former family is something you did the other times. Sometimes you gave them riches, health and happiness, sometimes you made them suffer before killing them all. But you know that even then you weren't really OVER them, and always cared. Things will be different this time, you will cut any string that tie you to each other.

Using the powers you unlocked, you delve into your own being and reach into the memories that surround you. You can see your mother's mind, and you can see she's thinking about you, if you're still sleeping or masturbating. Your sisters also have memories of you, about times they hated your soul and times they loved your hugs. Your friends remember the times you went out and had the time of your lives, and the time you fought for your lives.

You search all the memories and once you have them all, you twist them, making it look like you never were there. It's easy now that you have experience in playing god, but it's never easy watching the world changing after you make large changes. The room you are seems to crack as if you were looking through a mirror, and its pieces fall to the ground, revealing some kind of crate deposit in its place - a result from erasing yourself from existence. It goes quite easily, and after everything is done you notice that your inexistence means you're inside a strangers house.

Looking through the window you can see the street, and you can see no one seems to be out there now, in the middle of the morning so you step outside onto the porch roof. Your disgusting neighbor called Tom Tony seems to be lurking around the garden of your former house. A few months ago he moved in here with his wife and daughter and began harassing your (former) family. In all your experimentations, whatever path you take, you always make sure to take his fingers or one or two limbs off, as punishment, and it never gets old. Perhaps doing it this time would be too simple, and since you plan on sticking around, maybe doing doing something more elaborate would be more fun.
