On any other normal day, you might have taken this chance to run away as quickly as you can, and tried to call the police.

On any other normal day, you would have been scared of this punk because you knew he could easily beat you up, or even kill you.

On any other normal day, you wouldn't even be here right now.

But today is not a normal day. And tomorrow is only going to get even weirder.

"Let go of me." With those simple commands leaving your lips, he obediently set you back down.

"Sure thing, man."

"Ey yo, Mike! You done with him yet?" The pierced face gangster asked from behind, clogging the girl's mouth with a dirty shoe rag.

"You're going to turn around, and tear off your friends face piercings because you think he looks stupid with them on." You calmly told him.

"Yeah, I always thought it made him look fug-ugly." Backwards cap guy nodded thoughtfully before turning around, "Deandre, why the fuck you get those stupid eye rings man?"

"What? Whatchu talkin' bout nigga, I always had these on!" Pierced face guy narrowed his eyes at his soon-to-be former friend with confusion.

Without another word, Backward Caps guy reached out and tore one of the eyebrow rings off of Pierced Guy's face, causing him to scream out in pain and crawl back.

"AGH! WHAT THE FUCK MAN, THE FUCK YOU DO THAT FOR?!" He shrieked, holding both of hands up to stop his bleeding wound.

"Mike, what the hell? What's the matter with you?!" Beanie quickly let go of the girl to jump in between his two friends.

The girl looked around in bewilderment, wondering what the hell was going on.

You quickly ran over to her and grabbed her hand. "Get up ma'am! Are you alright? Can you walk?"

"Mmffmff- Bleugh-" she pulled the shoe rag out of her mouth and nodded, still somewhat lost.

Backwards Caps guy didn't stop, stepping towards the the bleeding man with an arm out, "You look stupid as shit with those things on, I'm just doing you a favor man!"

"YO FUCK YOU, YOU GONE INSANE OR SOME SHIT?!"

"Hey, you with the piercings! Your friend just tore off your eyebrow ring. You should beat the shit out of him." You called out to him with a command.

"DAMN STRAIGHT! I'm gonna tear your fucking throat out and shove it back down your mouth!" He boasted, charging at his friend and slamming his shoulder into Backward Caps gut.

"Yo yoyoyo- stop it! Stop it guys!" Beanie Boy here tried to migitate the damage, but his efforts proved to be worthless as neither of them listened.

Calling out his attention, you issued your next command. "And you there, with the beanie! You feel incredible **** guilt. So much guilt for everything bad you've ever done, that you're gonna call the police, admit to them every crime you ever committed, as well as the crimes your friends committed, and then **** yourself until you pass out."

Beanie Boy looked at you for a moment, tilting his head as he processed what you said before slowly bursting into tears, "oh gawd man, what-whaddafuck have I done?! We robbed and **** so many people! Ijust- I just- euughhhiaaaa!"

Sobbing uncontrollably, he pulled out his smartphone and dialed 911, already forgotten about his two friends trying to kill each other in the background.

You tugged on the lady's arm, "Come on, let's get out of here."

"Uh, yeah!" She nodded back, allowing you to lead her out of this place before it started getting heated up.

Holding her wrist tightly, you both ran away a considerable distance before stopping towards near a bus stop, where it had a small crowd of people bustling around.

"Okay, you should be safe for now. Phew!" You wiped away the sweat from your eyebrows, taking a breather from all the excitement.

Oh man, it was a good thing you had the mind control powers to help you out! You don't know what you would have done if you went in by yourself, unprepared like that! That was freaking insane!

"How did you do that?!"

You faced back towards the lady, seeing her look at you with an astounded expression.

"You-you- damn son, it was like you pulled some voodoo magic out your ass or something! What did you do to make that one bastard cry like a baby? Was he seriously going to call the cops on himself? How did you-"

"It's uh-" you stopped her from rambling on too much, not wanting passerbys to notice the two of you. "It's hard to explain, but you don't need to worry about that anymore. Are you hurt?"

"No, no, I'm fine I think." She calmed herself down, breathing in and out, before caressing her cheek that was bruised from being slapped earlier.

"You'll probably need to get some ice on that. It looks bruised pretty badly."

She smiled, "I'm just... I'm just glad that's all I got from that... If it hadn't been for you man, I think... I think I would have..." She began laughing a bit, a few tears dropping from her eyes, her nerves finally getting the better of her. "Oh Christ, I could have died back there! I could have been **** and got killed by those fucking hoodlums!"

"Hey, it's alright. Everything is all right, all of it is over now..." You reassured her, putting a hand on her shoulder to calm down her crying.

"T-t-t-thank you! Thank you for saving my life! I don't know how you did it, but I don't care, I'm just grateful to still be alive!"

You couldn't help but feel bad for the girl. She looked so traumatized by the experience.

Will she truly be okay after this? Or has she gone through irreparable damage?

You wrapped your arms around her in a comforting hug, and she leaned in to sob into your chest.

Is there anything else you can do for her? Anything at all?

Your powers... You don't quite fully understand them, nor how they properly work yet. But you do know that they can potentially do anything as long as it's within the realm of possibility. There's gotta be something you can do with them to help this lady feel better again.
