Goblinae Vulgaris (not to be mistaken with Goblinae Principalis or Goblinae Regalis ) is a small monster between 30 and 50cm in height. Humanoid in appearance, with disproportionally large head. While they can stand on two hind legs, they are able (and prefer) to walk and run using all 4 extremities. Appears in multitude of skin and hair colours, ranging from beige to almost black, through many shades of grey and brown, with some exhibiting even more unusual ones like pale green, earthy red and even pale blue. They are considered the plague of Utaria and hunted down where possible due to danger to crops and small farm animals.

Usually living in small tribes ruled by a couple of Goblinae Principalis they rely on their protection, speed and blending into an environment to avoid predators. Despite insane mortality they manage to maintain their population by multiplying quickly and effectively. Gestation period lasts almost exactly one lunar cycle (28-30 days) and results in lot of up to 12 kittens. Newborns are almost certainly imprinted, and after day of breast-feeding by the mother are abandoned by the parents to fend off for themselves.

Magic: As far as we're aware goblins do posses magical power, but are unable to call spells. We speculate that magical energy is used for innate racial skills like [Hasten] cast unconsciously when in danger.

Diet: They seem to be omnivorous, but in natural environment will almost exclusively feast on vegetables, small bugs and rodents. With occasional carrion if they can get to it before other - more powerful scavengers

Sexuality: Sexual Reproduction. Roughly 40% population male. 60% female. Gestation period lasts almost exactly one lunar cycle (~29 days) and results in lot of up to 12 kittens. Females can become pregnant multiple times a year - although only if environment is safe enough and rich enough in food.

Inter-species breeding: In very rare cases female goblins can get impregnated by male of other similar race (Orc, Ogre), resulting offspring is always a goblin of a higher rarity (Principalis or Regalis). No known cases of male goblin impregnating a female of other species
