Dominic Consults the Book

As the Repairmen arrived Dominic made his way upstairs first sweeping Kat's room for enchanted coins he placed knowing she was well under his control, then further up to his attic room for two reasons to consult the book and for his pill press from pharmaceutical studies.

On entering the attic, the spirit representative of the book Enoch sat cross legged on Dominic's computer chair once again.

Dominic nodded "I've restored the house I have workers making upgrades now. You said the book is tied to the house having lying under the floorboards so many years? Also, I've got the girls out surveying the town in preparation to act. "

Enoch responded. "As you say the book is bound to the house it bores deeper in the earth with roots. Already the restoration has opened a very root-y cellar having raised the house again with the hill. Every time you build on the books power it reverberates especially as you continue to soak it in the book's influence."

"And the plunder from the fay realm? Does that add to the book's power? Dominic queried.

Enoch answered. "Ever so adulterated for the book's part in helping you acquire it. Anyway, I suspect you favored the take from the dark fairy realm."

"So, your power through the house, Enoch?"

"I can manifest through the larger coins you've tossed around."

"Alright, I set up my pharmaceutical lab in my sister's room, need to grab a pill press have here." Dominic informed the ghost.

"You want your privacy I get that but the book grows in power the more who know about it, look upon it." Enoch entreated.

Dominic snapped I found the book I'll wield it but yes, I'll probably let Kat in when it's time. At the moment think we should turn are attention to more pressing concerns."

"Fair enough your girls are out as you say, I'm guessing you're going to try to offset the workman's wages with your apothecary skills?" Enoch shifted.

"Yes, and the rest on Cynthia's card, she did marry well." Dominic sneered.
