"Is it... all right?" you sheepishly ask, still uneasy about this.

She takes a moment to answer and silently nods.

"Are you sure?" you confirm.

She nods again, and you carefully strap the collar around her neck, and bind her hands in front of her. The leash you attach to the bed, and give it a few tugs to make sure it's secure. Once she's fully bound, you notice her rubbing her thighs together. She's turned on by being bound you realize as you see her thighs start to glisten in the dim light. Her retraits are just long enough that she can touch herself which she starts doing as she stares up at you with those begging eyes. It's certainly a temptation to take advantage of the situation. But your brother's warning comes to mind that it might kill you.
