Do Laundry

“Well, I can’t wear these clothes forever. They said it’ll be probably be at least until Monday before they get any new information on the truck.” Ava thought to herself, gripping her shirt. She gulped, looking to the front door. “Only problem is, with this being my only outfit, trying to do my laundry leaves me at least partially naked, or most of the way there.”

Ava debated her options. Given the compressed structure of the tower, there was one laundry room per floor, with ten apartments sharing it. Which meant that whatever she decided to wash, she’d have to be comfortable not wearing for at least two hours. And the walk to and from the laundry room went all the way to the other side of the tower, so she would also have to be in a space where she could accidentally run into a new neighbor. Both of those factors were greatly influencing her decisions. "If only I could do laundry in my own apartment. Then, I could strip it all down no problem." Ava said to herself with a sigh.

“Alright, there are a couple of options. I could take my underwear off, and wash those. Then, I could wear my underwear while I wash everything else...” Ava thought, her cheeks reddening. “Or, I can take off one over-garment and one undergarment from each layer, and do two separate loads.” Ava thought to herself. "I guess not washing anything, or washing ALL of it is TECHNICALLY an option. But I don't wanna wind up wearing the same clothes the whole weekend without a decent wash, and I sure don't feel like running through the halls bare-assed..."
