Disappointed Mother ---> Gentle Seductive Mommy

In the end, I decide to take a bit of a softer touch. Rather than take her and make her something she isn't, I think it may be best to just make her herself... 'more.'

I replaced 'Disappointed Mother' - because the point is to make her happier, right? - and replace it with 'Gentle Seductive Mommy.' Y'know, the trope she already plays into without realizing she's playing into it and--

--the camera flickers again. Mom's still there in the foyer of my apartment. Location: Check. Still wearing a red halter dress too. Check. Gentle confidence? Also check, and double-check on the 'seductive' bit: there's no other reason to be striking that sort of pose after letting herself into her son's apartment.

--Not that it's any trouble, mind: Mom and I've always been pretty close, so it's not at all unusual to drop by and come in. That's why she has a key, after all. I'm just more surprised she didn't call ahead this time. I guess that was the point?

It's bewildering, and something about this doesn't quite add up. After a bit, I think I've got it: She's not usually this forward. Usually Mom'll let her partner take the lead (or at least think they have it), so it's weird she didn't say anything ahead of time. Did she?

I kind of want to check my phone, but that'd mean Exiting the Prompt and I'm not sure I want to do that yet. I mean, wouldn't it be a waste? But I'm really not sure what I'd even change if I changed anything at all: Mom's already plenty appealing on her own, her intellect unspoiled by her gentle bedside manner.

I grapple, lost. I'm not sure what I'm doing here at all. What was it...?
