David Martinez

So far David's 18 birthday was going to shit. To start the day both his uniforms were dirty so he threw them in the wash. Only to find out he needed to pay it so it could finish.

Then when he went to school Katsuo Tanaka beat him out of view of the camrea. Leaving him with a bloody nose.

During class he was told they needed to update their bd wreaths by moday, giving them the weekend. His old one wouldn't be able to handle the update so he hoped Doc could do something.

And now the tram back to his neighborhood was stoped so he would have to make the long walk home.

Finally getting home he walked towards the door to enter. Thats when he he saw it. His mom hadn't paid rent yet. Groaning he went towards a vent and crawled through it and exited through a vent in the bathroom.

Climbing down he heard a voice.

"Mijo what are you doing?"

Looking towards the livingroom he saw his mom, Gloria Martinez, sitting there on the couch.

"You forgot to pay rent again." He said.

Groaning she got up and went to the computer. "I'm sorry, I've just been so tired from work I forgot."

"It's fine." He spoke sitting down on the couch.

"Oh yea I got an message from your school today. They said you need a new wreath for an update."

"Yea it's fine I can handle it." He said looking away. He loved his mom, maybe a bit to much, and he knew she would try working more then she already did to afford it.

"Alright." Gloria responded "but you better not take any shortcuts."

She stood up and her jacket before taking a shard out of its pocket. Handing it over to David she spoke "happy birthday"
