Shard-Cyberpunk

It was originally a daemon.

It was made so people could go unnoticed and slio into anywhere. But like all things in Night City it changes.

It started small at first. Increase duration, faster upload, smaller ram. It was chalked up to the user getting better.

However before it could go further they succumbed to cyberpsychosis. They would proceed to cause small disturbances never realising the daemon was growing.

Near the end the daemon became permanent and spread like a contagion cause everyone to think he was normal.

When they had died after causing a small explosion at the docks, that they got caught in.But the daemon shard survived falling unnoticed in a crate of shards.
