Clare Smyth, American Swedish student

Clare Smith was just an American college student, tall blonde with blue eyes that revealed her Swedish ancestry, a breathtaking body but on which she had tried to avoid relying in her career because she believed in her abilities, raised in a provincial town, studying at a provincial university, provincial parents who could not afford to go to university.

so she worked part time, the pharmaceutical company she worked for had a contract to study old Soviet research given away thirty years earlier when the Berlin Wall fell.

you could say what you want about the communists but they had brilliant scientists and now the company hoped to find a hidden treasure in that old research, unfortunately inside the various samples of bacteria, viruses and experimental vaccines there was an ancient discarded bacteriological weapon.

the weapon was a virus that spread through the exchange of body fluids, both blood, saliva and obviously sexual activity. the virus stores the genetic and mental identity information of the first carrier and then used it to transform everyone into an original copy, a weapon to transform everyone into communists... what failures, all the experimental subjects were overwhelmed by a strong uncontrollable lust that even if it made it easier to spread the virus destroyed the morals and lucidity of the people affected, annihilating the purpose of spreading the ideal.

the sample was secretly catalogued as a sample of influenza 3 awaiting destruction in a warehouse in East Germany and then .... well here we are, now Clare was studying it to verify if a better flu vaccine could be obtained from this sample.

unfortunately while Clare was handling the vial, it broke, splashing on her eyes, since the company decided that it was not worth providing her with adequate protection for a flu, Clare later felt ill when returning home.

unbeknownst to everyone, the contagion had begun.
