Here are my favorite stories with a pet/monster girl theme, in no particular order. If you think there's a story that would fit here please let me know and I'll read it when I can!

Furry Pet Shop and Animorph Pet Shop have the same premise: you randomly get a letter inviting you to a mysterious shop that sells intelligent animal-human hybrids of all kind.

Your New Loyal Companion is set in a world where wolves evolved into sapient humanoids. They're not as smart as humans and are treated as something between pet and companion, but the author has emphasized the importance of loving your companion and treating him or her well.

Reality Proxy is a hub for various furry stories loosely based on Animorph Pet Shop. The common theme between its stories so far is that the pets are anthropomorphic animals that are intelligent but not capable of human speech, and that the protagonist unwittingly ends up with some. In the first published branch two lionesses meant for a zoo are shipped to the wrong address, giving one young man the surprise of his life. In the latest an explorer/researcher falls off a cliff and wakes up in the lair of two scary yet nurturing eagle women.

Merfolk Diaries is about mermaids, octopus girls, and other very wet cuties.

**** Tail is a fantasy setting full of centaurs, cat boys, moth girls, and other fun stuff that for various reasons become someone else's property.

Monster Girl Harem has various storylines about monster girls. The longest is a fantasy adventure with orcs, while another focuses on a man who wakes up to an anthro bunny girl raiding his vegetable garden.

Welcome to the Granger follows a man who dies and wakes up in a forest full of succubi, vampires, werewolves, and other monsters in search of someone to marry.

Your girlfriend is a werewolf has had some pet-play between a guy and his werewolf girlfriend, but he only just found out about her lycanthropy so who knows where it'll go from there.

Your Pet Loves You isn't really about pets, but the main branch is about an abandoned **** who is taken in by a kind stranger who wants to help her become a person again. It's one of the first things I read on chyoa, and what got me to start writing (though I didn't write anything for this one at the time).

The Great Conspiracy's petgirl branch follows a global conspiracy to turn one normal woman into a human pet. Stay away if you prefer lighthearted stuff (the first chapters I wrote were to give this a "happy end" but they're not worth going through the rest if you don't like dark stories).

Her vacation as a pet is like The Great Conspiracy, but this time only the victim's manipulative sister and a confused AI are involved.

Puppy Girl: The Stray starts out rough, with a shipwrecked girl washed up on the island of a traumatized misanthrope who wants nothing to do with her. It doesn't take long to turn into something nicer though.

Monster Girl Sponsor: Monster girls are streaming out of a portal to another world! To help them assimilate, they're paired up with humans willing to share their homes and their hearts. You can sign up to be a sponsor, or venture through the portal to see what waits on the other side.

Daily Life with Furry Girls: A representative of the catfolk comes to Japan for a cultural exchange, but due to an address mishap ends up living with a random guy instead of her exchange family. Other anthros soon follow.

Home for Horny Monsters: A man inherits his great aunt's home, not knowing that it's a sanctuary for monster girls. A strange geas has locked up their memories, and a society of evil mages covet their powers. Can Mike solve the mysteries his aunt left behind and protect the girls?

Here's two stories where ordinary housecats are magically bestowed with sapience and humanoid bodies: Kitten Love makes her fully human, Arianna turns her into an anthro. And You've gotta be kitten me! is a cute nonsexual comic with the same theme, this time using an anime cat girl.

Kevin's Kitty Rescue is like the above, but longer and more emotional. Six rescue cats are granted the power to shift into catgirls by the goddess Bastet. They love the man who has been caring for them, but Bastet mistrusts humans. Stuff happens.

Roles Reversed magically shrinks people to the size of their pets, which are themselves transformed into human-sized anthros who take their former owners' places and turn them into their pets.
