"Okay. Okay, I know what to do." Xander said. He looked at Cordelia and then looked at the frozen in time Fred.

"I wish that in a minute Fred would unfreeze and that everyone here, me, you and Fred; could have a completely calm, unemotional discussion about the situation and that we come to a mutually agreeable outcome." Xander declared.

"What made you decide to do this?" Cordelia asked.

Xander was thankful that the low key freaked and panicked energy Cordelia had been filled with was now completely absent. Also lacking his own stressed out mind set made this whole situation better. They were going into this like a pair of Star Trek Vulcans, all about the logic.

"I decided that we shouldn't be making decisions for Fred without first asking Fred what she wanted." Xander answered.

Fred suddenly unfroze and the now massively busty woman finished reaching for her breasts. She made quick work out of pulling her straining blouse open and then freed her breasts from her now several sizes too small bra. With efficent moves Fred pinched her nipples and began milking her lactating breasts. With a slight sigh Fred turned and faced the couple, "Pardon me, this needs to happen otherwise I will be very uncomfortable."

"Of course. Completely understandable." Xander agreed.

"Sure, sure. Its only natural." Cordelia replied.

Xander cleared his throat, "If I can take the lead here?"

Neither woman disagreed so Xander decided to start. "We find ourselves in a quandry. About you."

"Me?" Fred asked, "How so?"

"We have the power to affect reality. And in using that power we found out that you and Cordelia would be friends in... another life." Xander answered.

Fred nodded her head. "I think I've been dreaming about that other life."

"Not exactly." Cordelia chipped in.

Xander inclined his head towards Cordelia. "Given what happened in that other life Cordelia wanted to be your friend now, today. In an attempt to establish your friendship with Cordelia in this life but in trying to spare you any of the hardships you experienced in that other life we made several mistakes."

"How so?" Fred stopped milking herself and looked at the small puddle of milk on the floor in front of her. "Does anyone have a mop handy?"

Xander looked at the mess, "I wish the milk was gone."

Fred quirked an eyebrow as her milk on the floor vanished. "I see. You do have control... you said 'I wish'... so you have a genie?"

"After a fashion." Xander did not want to get into the intricacies of Anya's backstory. "Not in the way you might imagine."

"No lamp?" Fred asked.

"No lamp." Xander agreed.

"Interesting." Fred said to herself. "You said there were hardships in this other life I lived?"

"Your professor tried to kill you by exiling you to another universe where you spend several years in life threatening slavery on another planet. He did not try to gun you down one night." Xander explained.

After several seconds Fred nodded her head. "Ah."

"We were trying to help." Cordelia offered, "I didnt want you to have to go thru that again just to be my friend. We were unaware of what the repercussions of our wishing would be." Cordelia pointed to Fred's exposed breasts.

Fred looked at Cordelia and then at Xander, "Which of you wished for this?"

Xander shook his head, "It's not that simple. We made a mistake. Then another. Then another. Compounding error on top of error. Unaware of what we were doing. We did not know what was happening until we walked thru that door and saw you begin to lactate. Thats when we knew things had gone off the rails."

"Gigo." Fred supplied and then looked at the two, "Garbage in, garbage out. Programming mistakes."

"Sure." Cordelia nodded.

"From a certain point of view. Like I said, mistakes were made. Now that we know about the mistakes we seek to rectify our mistakes." Xander then proffered a hand to Fred. "But I think the biggest mistake we made is not including you in our decisions about you."

Fred pursed her lips. "I see. Hence, this discussion."

"Yeah." Cordelia and Xander said in unison.

"So what do you want to do?" Xander asked.
