By trying to be like Hilda

The green slime gurgled, bringing Sally back to the task at hand.

It continued to just sit there, just as it had, outside of an occasional jiggle, for the last 15 minutes.

Sally eyed her prey once more, getting ready to attack. She tightened her grip on her club, let out an adorable 'roar,' and leapt into action.

With a mighty *SPLAT*, she brought her weapon down hard on the slime, sinking it into the beast.

And then... nothing happened.

Until the club started to dissolve.

Sally squealed in terror as she let go of the weapon and fell backward onto her bony butt.

In less than a minute, the entire object was gone. The slime gurgled again and jiggled much more excitedly than before.

The frightened girl slowly started to back away.
