Bathurst Health Centre - Layout and Helpful Info

This is just a layout of the third floor of the Bathurst Health Center (BHC) located in the semi-lovely Harbord Village neighborhood in Toronto, Canada. It's at the corner of Bathurst and Lennox Streets. As described by Zach's helpfully relevant inner thoughts as he walked into work one fine Monday morning:

The BHC takes up a large stone building on the corner of Bathurst and Lennox streets in Toronto. In the early 20th century it had been a city hospital with 400 beds, a morgue and a coal burning smokestack to power the new electric lights. By the 1960’s it was a teaching hospital churning out dozens of nurses a year. But being in an old, somewhat rundown building in an awkward location meant that in the 90’s it began to transition to a community health center with a small staff of doctors and health care providers serving the neighborhood from a walk-in clinic. Most of the upper floors were simple office space for the large public health and other government-funded health departments in the area.

If the other half of the floor becomes relevant I'll share more of the layout. Naturally, the most important location thus far is Zach's sweet corner office. Note the locked cage where the old equipment for asset disposal sits, and the mostly empty server rack that now houses the SGI Origin 200 server, which runs Windows NT and seems to be from around 1996 or thereabouts. On this old-ass server is a mysterious program running in Pascal, a very old computer programing language. The program is called "The Affection Multiplier", but I'm sure you knew that already, you look downright clever.

Jayne's smaller office is next door, and Karissa sits at an open desk as the clerk for several of the managers on the floor. Also note the bathroom situation... it's an Issue for poor Zach. Dude has a small bladder and he drinks a lot of iced coffee products, and what was once the men's room is now a unisex bathroom (fine) with a lock on the door (less fine). It's a recipe for disaster.

Zach lives on Vermont Ave, just over a kilometer away by foot from BHC. It is about a 15 minute walk, maybe 20 minutes if, like Zach, you stop at Starbucks basically every single day. He lives in a nice basement apartment, remodeled a few years ago. It is a cozy 660 square foot, 1 bedroom suite and costs $1700 a month. Toronto rental prices are, in Zach's words, rifuckingdiculous.
