Background and World Building

The Cocksucker virus, or CS for short, took the world by storm about a decade ago. Only about 12% of the world’s population were infected, but it’s what the virus did to people which caused the bigger panic.

The virus doesn’t kill, but causes very predictable mutations in the body, depending on which form it develops into within the host’s body.

There are two variants, colloquially known as the “Owner” variant and “Sucker” variant.

The Owner variant causes the person to become more dominant, less inhibited, and to grow a cock of around 18 inches in length, and up to softball sized testicles. The term “Owner” comes from the giant cock and balls they now 'own' and the practice of maintaining a harem of Suckers, or 'owning' Suckers.

The Sucker variant causes the person to become more submissive, less inhibited, and to transform into a sexy woman, with pouty lips. The term “Sucker” is derived from the fact that these people prefer to give blowjobs, if given a choice, in order to feed on the only substance they're interested in, cum. Their digestive track has been reconfigured to require and subsist on semen, while their actual vagina has grown long enough to take an Owner, and connect to their digestive track.

The Sucker variant takes about a week and a half to fully mutate the affected, whereas the Owner variant only takes about a week.

Society took some time to adapt, the advent of nudist cocksuckers was really hard for some people to accept. However, as more people became Owners, and worked their way into government, laws were passed to give Suckers and Owners more freedoms and protections.

Communities sprung up where Owners and Suckers who felt ousted from society. These were towns, cities, even just blocks where everyone was more accepting to these people who didn't choose to become what they are. Over time though, the world became more accepting. They had ****. More and more Owners and Suckers were popping up.

Some of the original "safe" communities evolved into "Sucker" communities, where people who fetishize Owners/Suckers and/or Dom/Sub or becoming an Owner or Sucker, would flock to. Men and women would go about their lives completely naked, sometimes wearing collars, sometimes pretending to be Owners or Suckers. Nude non-Sucker women were harder to identify than a nudist man, but the giveaway was always their non-pink eyes. Suckers who were highly independent before their transformation found these communities easier to live in, as they had little desire to be owned, but still required jobs where they could feed regularly. Owners who enjoyed being dominant but had no interest in owning a harem also took up residency in locations like this.

Depending on when the/your story takes place, the world may take a favorable or less-than-favorable to the protag's circumstances.
