Alternative Intro: Female

Nina was new to Pittsburgh, just moved down from the West Coast.

This would be for the best. She had her art degree and a new job. She was living in a wonderful city that wasn't as hot as year round. And most importantly, she was thousands of miles away from him. And the further she was from him, the happier she was going to be.

It was on her third week in town that she first noticed the park. The path from work to her house in the suburbs went along the outskirts of the city. To the right on her drive every morning, she saw the rolling hills of Boyce Park stretching far into the distance.

It had been far too long since she last went on a hike. On the weekend, she put on her nice hiking boots (untouched since a trip up the Hollywood Hills), left her phone at home, and drove to Boyce Park to drink in the scenery.

Only, Boyce Park was no ordinary park....
