Alice and the translocation spell that doesn't take her clothes with her..

It was cold like it always was in this northern little town in Maine. Alice hated the cold, she hated getting up early to walk in the snow to the bus stop, she hated the hour long ride to her highschool. Having just turned 18 she imagined she would get a car but her dad told her that the money was tight these days with the problems at the sawmill.

But Alice had a solution for the time consuming, tit freezing chore that was going to school.

Magic!

She found this old book years ago and managed to unlock its secrets. Most of it was more rituals that demanded long preparations and not handwaving spells around but it worked.

She got rid of the acne, part of her freckles (she kept some to match the buxom redhead look she was going for) , she didn't need glasses now and her boobs... let's say that after a summer she had a serious growth spurt in this domain. (with a little help.)

The translocation spell seemed simple enough if a little slow to set up. The circle was engraved in her room hidden under a rug and the energy had charged for a week .(and then one day after each use.)

She had dressed for school and had her bag with her, standing in the circle.

On the wall was the other part of the spell, in a red circle of runes that was camouflages under pink flowers and girly stuff were pictures. One of her school, some of places around town that she might have to go to and some more exotic pictures of beaches or cities in other countries that she dreamed of one day visiting.

The ritual had been complex and some of the language hard to grasp as it was a third removed translation of an older spell.

"The caster will stand in the circle and once the incantation is uttered he will be revealed to the place of his choosing , able to walk foreign lands free of all restraints." She repeated as it was the best she could manage.
