Actually, No.

Team RWBY had at this point, decided to sit around on chairs, bean bags and their beds, and were taking turns bastardising their personalities, ideals and very thoughts.

“I think the White Fang is awesome under Adam and I was a brain-dead moron to leave.”

“I think my father raised me and my siblings incredibly well. I should be grateful and show him respect.”

“I don’t care about finding my mother and she made the right choice in abandoning us.”

“I don’t care about saving people from Grimm. The Grimm rock.”

Each turn was becoming more perilous and the gut reactions for each girl was imploring them to stop. However, their brains were telling them that they shouldn’t care what happens to them. They should keep changing with reckless abandon.

Already, Blake had stopped caring about her pride as a Faunus, the love of her parents, her hatred of Cardin and bullies in general, her opposition to the mistreatment of Faunus workers and now her beliefs on Adam’s way of running The White Fang.

Weiss had forgiven her mother’s drinking and her father’s cruelties. She also had a new, happy perspective on her sad, lonely childhood.

Yang had admitted that she was dumb and that she was just eye-candy for boys. She admitted that Raven leaving was a good thing and that she didn’t care to find her.

Ruby hated her dad. She found Zwei annoying. She didn’t care about Crescent Rose anymore and, in fact, hated Beacon and Huntresses. She had just proclaimed her love for the Grimm.

Each girl knew how drastically each of the others were changing, but were so keen to let it go and enjoy themselves, that they couldn’t stop.

Stopping the cycle, Blake’s ears flicked on her turn and her attention was brought to the door. The other girls were confused at this, but didn’t object, as the cat girl rose and silently tip toed over to their closed door.

Quietly clasping the handle, she let a second tick by, before pulling the door open rapidly.

Surprisingly, a short woman fell into the dorm room, having been clearly leaning against the door. Unbeknownst to Team RWBY, Neo had decided to listen in to their ramblings. She hadn’t expected the Ninja to catch onto her.

“Well, well, well. Look who it is,” Blake said, playfully.

“Is that the girl that was working with Roman?” Yang asked.

“Neo, yeah,” Weiss confirmed.

Shit, Neo internally screamed, that fall knocked me out of my disguise. I’ve been caught.

I can still run...

“That’s great. It’s nice to see her again,” Ruby said.

“She probably isn’t here for nefarious purposes, right?” Blake asked, once again triggering her fellow teammates.

“No, I don’t think so.”

“I think she’s here for good purposes.”

“It’s a good thing she’s here.”

Great, Neo thought, They’re still under that curse of theirs.

“Hey Neo, do you want to join us?” Ruby asked.

And risk having my entire mind altered? Not fucking likely, Neo thought, as she nodded her head vigorously. After all, she was immune anyway, so what was the harm in joining in.
