A few seconds later, the elevator's door opened an unlucky pair of workers stood on the other side, a cleaning lady, who fell to the floor after the loud noise coming from the elevator surprised her, and a handyman, who was helping her stand up. The infected patient stood silently blocking the elevator, waiting for his instructions.
