Chapter 5 by reaper13 reaper13

She was....?

A royal princess

The war was going in your favor and you were winning many battles. You were just preparing your fleet for an attack when a scout came with word of a lone ship sailing through. It was a small ship that couldn't possibly carry a large cargo, but there was always a chance the sailors on it had learned your position. You could not allow them to deliver word of your imminent attack.

So you gave the order and several small airships broke from the fleet in pursuit of the enemy frigate. They burst from the clouds and swarmed around the enemy vessel.

They had a skilled captain and was able to avoid most of the grappling hooks. The few that caught the hull were quickly cut down, and the hot-air balloon hanging overhead was kept safe from being damaged.

Just when it appeared the ship had escaped your interceptors, you sent out your flagship. The smaller ships were never meant to take the ship, their mission was to lure it into your reach.

You would have loved to see your victims faces when your gigantic galleon doomed out of the clouds in front of them.

They tried to escape, but they were already surrounded by dozens of grappling hooks. Once your soldiers crawled down the lines they knew they had lost and surrendered.

You came down to the ship and personally took a look at what they were transporting. Something felt odd to you. One of the passenger rooms was much to lavish for a simple sailor, or for a noble. Eventually, you found her. She had hidden herself in the lowest regions of the ship. Hidden away like a little child. The princess to the nation you were at war with.

You were quick to capture her, and subduing her was easy. For the moment you had confined her to your personal quarters. Even now that the war was won, she was still there. Waiting for what you planned to do with her.

Which action shall you take first.
